My hair is really slow to grow normally. What I did to get a lot of growth quickly was: I washed it every 3 days (whereas normally I'd wash it every 2 days. On the 3rd day I'd just dry shampoo it until the evening when I would wash it). The second thing I did was let it airdry instead of blowdrying it each time. Depends if you have the time to let it air dry, but what really gave me hair growth was washing it less xx
