You can’t buy yourself quick medical care. The general “Q” is paramount. Also, one needs to have “Canadian qualifications”. All other qualifications don’t matter. Neither does past experience. Nor past seniority. One must start all over again from the bottom of the ladder. The grass looks greener (or is made to), on the other side😆
