- Welcome to your 20 min daily yoga flow. This is a complete full body practice for all levels condensed into 20 minutes to make it more accessible for your day-to-day.
This full body sequence includes options to suit all levels and is intended to give you a well rounded, that you can come back to daily.
The sequence includes a steady vinyasa flow with hip openers, backbends, standing balances and twists. It's designed to help you feel like you've given your body everything it needs to have a great day.

I have been following Charlie's 20 minutes sessions for few month now and I am amazed at how much strengh you can achieve with just 20 minutes a day. Thank you for your sessions, Charlie. They help keep my back and sholder pain at bay, my muscles are toned and strong and generally I feel much better. And - I love at how throughtfull you are at choosing locations, they are always very beautiful to watch.
That was a very sneaky one legged plank dear Charlie. Normally I never try to do it. This way I just did it without thinking and was very surprised to see that I acquired enough strength to do it with my yoga practices. Very well done! 😂
Hehe I do like to add the surprise challenges because I think when people don't know they are coming they end up giving it a go without psyching themselves out and often find they can do more than they realise. Thank you so much for sharing your experience, I'm so glad you were surprised 🙏

I love it getting so much closer on my knee to nose… the shorts you posted to get from plank to lunge and step between hands was super helpful.

I loved this, I'm noticing I can't give it 110% like I was a week ago. I'm trying to be consistent and do longer sessions but I can't go as hard
Hey I would say that this is perfectly normal, we Arne;t always progressing week after week, sometimes it goes up and down as does our energy so I would say to give yourself some grace. You are still showing up to practice which is great.

A short session to round off my morning exercise. Enjoyed the slow, controlled and deliberate moves that felt strong. The twisted backbend in low lunge always feels incredible: side body stretch and feels in the hip flexor.
