  • If you have a deep lower back curve this is often referred to as a lordosis or anterior pelvic tilt. In this video I show you the lordosis correction exercises, just 2 stretches and 6 strengthening exercises.
    Preform this routine 3 times per week, remember to progress your muscle strengthening, do more reps and more sets to help your body adapt and change.

      Make the feet face outwards and bring them closer to your bum and make sure your feet are a bit spaced out and just see if that helps

    • @d2chiro
      @d2chiro  2 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      Hi Sakshi, thanks for the comment. Basically if you are lordotic you also have to be kyphotic to compensate. So my suggestion is to focus on your lordosis first and see if that can help your whole posture. Strengthening and stretching will reduce some of the severity out of the curves, and that is exactly what we are looking to do. Hope that helps!

      Hi Kittu, the above exercises are to reduce a lordotic spine, so these will not be helpful for your situation. I would suggest attending a Chiropractor as soon as you can to identify the cause of the lost lordosis.
