  • Thoracic Mobility Exercises
    1) Foam roller extension (10-20 reps, 3 sets)
    2) Kneeling Thoracic rotation (10-20 reps, 3 sets, both sides)
    3) Thoracic Windmills (10-20 reps, 3 sets, both sides)
    4) Kneeling thoracic extension (30-60 seconds, 3 sets)
