    Sir, I have sever anterior pelvic tilt,I am not too fat but my stomach protruding too much.My knees are over extended,lower back arched and when I breathe normally my belly holds air and makes me look bloated. Please give some tips. How to fix my posture ?

    When I use these exercises I feel a lot of Trenton in my tummy, do you have a trick or tip to elongate these muscles... would it help the lordosis in my back to stretch the front

      First of all: Thanks for your comment! Usually, kids will increase their height and grow taller naturally by themselves.
