      Your comment really motivates me! I can stand to lose another 12kg but my weight has been stagnant for a long while- more than 6 months already although I work out almost daily. I'll need to make changes to my diet but that is not easy

      +irenenergy sometimes weight can get to a stand still. it's frustrating. it took me almost a year to lose it all. then I got pregnant and had to lose that weight as well lol but it's possible. I needed a change. I'm only 5 foot even and I suffered daily with pains and aches. then I saw this on TH-cam and thought, why not? I do it two hours a day 5 days a week now. I never miss a day. I eat right at 3,000 calories daily and I went from a size 24 to a 2. I'm so in love with fitness now

    It is good too see that the trainer can get vulnerable as well with the weights and repititions. Usually you have these people who are acting like it is a walk in the park. I am happy with this channel for just being easily human.. GEESH!!!!!!! MY TRICEPS ARE GOING TOO IMPLODE!!!!!!! YEAH!!!!!!!! lol

      That's my favorite thing about this channel. You see both very in shape people struggling. And I love that. Daniel, who is really in shape, sometimes has to get on his knees to finish off his pushups because he is too tired. It shows progression for both of them. You have seen them get stronger because of their business.

      +FitnessBlender Half way through, my only reason for not stopping was to finish so I could ask Kelli if she's trying to kill someone and then when I was done I imagined her response as, 'but did you die???...' and I just started laughing. I love this and I LOVE YOU TWO!! I've lost 13lbs so far and it's been about...3/4 weeks I've been with you guys. I also walk for an hour in the morning (twice a week) and I live in the Caribbean so with the kind of sunrise and fresh air we have it's more of a treat than a work out.

      7 years since you commented this, I feel the same .... Been following them from 2017 and I cannot imagine going through a week without at least 3-4 workouts from fitness blender. I’m addicted.

      @@fitnessblender Would the pullover and press be bad for shoulder impingement? Looks like a great exercise for a single dumbbell workout. This would be perfect for me!

    I want to thank Kelly and Daniel for holistic workout routines that you guys have designed. Before starting with fitness blender, I used to weigh 200 and now within 10 months I have come down to 154. Though I have hit the plateau, I am religiously following your workouts... BTW I have lost 8 inches from my belly as well. My bld glucose levels and Liver function tests have also returned to normal.... thanks again

    I absolutely love this workout. The more I work out with you guys, the more I learn to challenge myself (but not kill myself haha), and the more I grow. I found this channel about a year ago, but I didn't really know what it was until I started looking at all the videos.     This was a great workout, easy to do at home. Time is so limited, it's nice to be able to do this at home and not have to go to the gym. Great instructor, form is more important than heavy. It's not a competition, it's about becoming better at a safe pace and preventing injury!

    I started the lateral raise + cross with 5 lb weights, but transitioned to 3 lb weights halfway through the first round. That exercise is deceptively hard! My arms were too tired to complete all the skull crushers in the last round, which I guess is a sign that I really worked my arms. Thanks for all you do, Kelli!

    Definitely one of your BEST workouts Kelli! Love any lifting that is 11 reps or less for functional strength without killing the joints and tendons!! You ROCK & I think your strength shows an example for other women like myself. : )

    I love that you include the warm up, cool down and stretches! This workout was perfect and exactly what I was looking for! The stretches were pretty much exactly what my physic has instructed my to do which is fantastic! Thank you

    Great upper body workout! I was actually making those funny faces. LOL! I commend you Kelly. Honestly, upper body is hard work and most of us women are lacking. But all we can do is practice for progress! I am much better then I used to be back when I could not do 1 push-up. High 5 to ya sister!

    You know it's gonna be rough when Kelli says, "This may be ugly". Not a fan of the plank row/extension and roundabout push-up round, but I get 'em done anyway because I know they're working. Love the rest of this one, though. Those lateral raise and crosses- oof. 'Go light' is an understatement there! Did 3 lbs rnd 1, 2 lbs rnd 2, and barely got through them.

    I love the minimal background and no distractions. Only problem I had in the beginning was keeping at the same pace (when lying down during chest flys I couldn't watch at the same time), but once I got the timing down it was a breeze. Loved the workout!

    Wow. When you get to the row plus rotation, the roundabout pushups, and the lat raise plus cross, it gets pretty challenging and tough!! I hadn't expected those exercises to come up later in the video but they definitely make for a great workout!!

    21/7/22 - I actually had another FB upper body strength routine lined up for today (one that had HIIT in it as well) - but was feeling super sluggish and sleepy all day, so I wasn’t feeling up to doing anything intense. Good thing I found this in my TH-cam recommended. So by 10pm! I finally mustered enough energy to get started on 10mins warmup, then this 50mins routine. By the end, I still had energy to do an easy 25mins walking routine to get some more cardio and steps in. Soooo happy 😃 I didn’t skip my exercise today. Thx FB for the many varieties of workouts to choose from to suit my mood and get my Workout Complete! 💕

    This is one of the best upper body work outs i have watched on youtube! I love Kelli and find her very motivational. However when getting tired its important to focus on your breathing, The giggling was quite a distraction. Thanks for another great video!

    I love this one! I'm training for a half marathon and cross country skiing a lot but I really wanted some heavier lifting for my arms. I love all the workouts (and the meal plan) but this will be my go to upper body workout! More please! I love it! ... although those star things are a bit mind boggling!

    this was brutal!     I really enjoy your workouts!I love when you do them with our husband too. But we get to know you and your personality better when you're alone. lol.
    What I really like about the whole Fitnessblenders series is that there is always vaiation on the same excersises I already like to do. I love learning these new moves cause I like the feeling of beig challenged. Also, when you have to learn a new move that requires incredible balance anf cous, it becomes a meditation because you literally can't think of ANYTHING ELSE OR YOU WILL FALL! I love it. It' the same with Golf. The minute your mind strays, you won't make contact with that tiny ass ball.
    I used to do the P90X but they only have 12 videos which can get boring fast. This is my go to for workouts at home or when I'm on the go traveling, I love that they're all on line and accessible from anywhere!

    First time I've seen this one. For me, the toughest was the lowest weight for lat raise & cross. My elbows joints were sore doing these workouts, hope they feel better tomorrow. Thanks for the hard work you put in & TCFN.

    10.28.20 the BEST upper body workout of yours! Hits every single upper body spot! I also added some cardio in between each group of exercises. Loved it!

    I usually skip over any of your 50 min to hour long workout videos and add them to my 'attempt when stronger' playlist. Who knows WHY I chose to start in with arms when it's my weakest muscle group. And those lateral - in front of body - to up - in front of body - down sequences really /really/ almost ended me :P And it was kind of relieving when Kelli dropped to body weight and I did too :P But I am proud I did all of these and finished out with weight on them all except that one. I really have gotten stronger with these workouts. Thanks so much :)

    After doing so many HIIT workouts from FB this actually felt pretty easy. But it obviously worked because my arms are shaking!
    Edit: Came back to this workout a different day and I can tell you this was anything but easy! I guess it depends on the day!

    For a minute there (around the round push ups) i thought you were trying to kill me, but nothing feels better than seeing that "workout complete" and saying "hell yeah, i made it"

    I have to admit that I like seeing Kellie over Daniel. (nothing against you Daniel but I'm built more like Kellie) So I prefer to see that she has issues doing some of the things I'm struggling through, the rounded pushups sucked for reference. I may never look exactly like Kellie but it's inspiring to see another woman who sometimes has trouble making it through. Just like me.

    For the most part I'd agree that this is a 3/5, but wow, those Row + Rotation and Roundabout Push-ups toasted me out pretty quick! Seems like I never start to feel it until I finish the workout and try to start typing a comment... then my arms start shaking like mad :P Great workout complete!
