Clearing some things up really quick!! A few people are confused (rightfully) about how I only make $400 a month. I explained it poorly. What I was saying was that TH-cam pays me $400 a month. That’s coming straight from TH-cam. I have other sources of revenue. I just get asked a lot how much TH-cam (specifically) pays me. I hope that makes sense!!
You're building a brand and starting to build a base for doing what you love to do. If someone were a freelance writer for newspapers no one would criticize or minimize their efforts because they were getting paid on average $400 per month. You keep plugging away at doing what you love and you'll find a way to make it all work. What I admire about your generation is you reject the notion that there is a recipe to happiness... go to college, find a job, stay in that job for 30 years, have 3 weeks off a year for your entire career, save everything you can for retirement, then retire and start living. It's very antiquated. A McMansion and a high balance in a 401k are not indicators of a happy life.

Relative to the "real job" comments that you get and your feelings about TH-cam and your job/lifestyle, "If you love your job, you will never work a day in your life." This was such a nice video and I loved the dogs.
It’s very true, my job often doesn’t feel like work because I enjoy what I’m doing.
I just saw this video after not watching your channel for several months, and I have to say I was really impressed. You seem both more comfortable and a little more serious or mature. I like your presence and public persona, which seems honest, straightforward, and touched with both wit and kindness.
The way I see it, this is your job! For anyone to question what you do is totally out of sync with how we can now make a living as opposed to just several years ago. I definitely applaud you for following your passion and having a family, friends as well as total strangers like myself totally behind you 1,000 percent!

I’m a dog lover (I have five), and I think it’s so sweet of you to go out and feed the strays.
I started to laugh at 7:16 mark when the stray dog photo bombed your video and started scratching himself! Definitely thank you to the individual who made the donation for this video. I remember when I was in Costa Rica a few years ago and there were stray dogs everywhere. One even came into the rental car place so I petted him while my cousin was signing the paperwork.

Good questions! Surprisingly she didn’t seem to notice the smell of the other dogs lol. And she will be staying with my family while I’m in Croatia because it’s a short trip. But she will be coming with me to Thailand since it will be a longer trip!

I got really sick around that exact same time (Jan '20)...really, really sick. I've always suspected I had covid but who knows. I've been wearing a mask in public ever since (& still do) & I haven't gotten sick at all since. Not a cold, the flu or anything contagious. It's been great.

When the Romans left Britain in AD 410 the roads fell into disrepair. Now there is nothing but mud and dirt tracks, totally unsuitable for an RV. luckily we invented Wellington boots to cope with the mud.

Haven't done Thailand, but over the years I've spent 2, maybe 3 months total in Vietnam. Love it. It's not nearly as touristy as Thailand (or at least it wasn't), which can mean more interesting and also more ... challenging. At one point I was solo for almost 2 weeks, with no English speaker - Hanoi to Dien Bien Phu to Sapa. Since you're already basically there, you should consider it. Beautiful (!) countryside in the latter two places, and Hanoi has some wonderful architecture in the old city.

I have travelled to Curacao 3 times yes stray dogs do roam around. But we have heard when we went last month that they did a huge spay neuter clinic recently. We went to the Centrum store near where we stayed and bought dogs food as we saw a few dogs in the parking lot. We ended up feeding a dog that gave birth recently. We also went to a beach there were two dogs that roamed around and seemed friendly but for our own safety we did not pet them even though I really wanted to.

Yea, I;m a dog lover too, I was the animal control officer with my Tribe here in Washington State (Colville Confederated Tribes) it's in North Central Washington State it's very beautiful here with the woods, lakes, wild animals, and 1.4 Million acres to roam around on. I like dogs, but I love cats I can’t get enough of them! But I’m allergic to them so I just leave my back door open 😄 no pun intended and the local strays just come in my kitchen for some part time lovin! 🥰😘x
