On the E350 7.3 Van I removed the top idler pulley, and unbolted the AC compressor to have room for the O’Reilly fan clutch removal tools. 57mm (square) on the fan bolts, 48mm on the fan nut and got her off solo from the top.
    Thanks for the video!

If you don't want to risk damaging the threads while pulling the pulley off, just remove the washer from the bolt that you removed, put the bolt back in and leave enough space to pull the pulley, then just put the mandrel on the bolt and pull it off.
Also, you can break the balancer bolt loose without an impact wrench by using a breaker bar laid against the frame rail, and bumping the starter. I was broke back in the 70s and 80s, and we did what we had to do.

That sounds logical to me! 👍🏼👍🏼 I've gotta do mine before too much longer on my 2000 F350. She's got 214,000 miles on her nothing is wrong just going to do some PM before something does happen. 👍🏼

And btw I only had to remove the fan and cover and had plenty of room. Both ways work tho

What kind of silicone did you use for the key way grove? About 2 weeks ago i did mine but i put gasket maker rated for oil in the key way and today my truck started pucking oil and its leaking from behind the balancer.

Did it solve your p1211, I have same code, new icp, ipr, injectors, harness, oil, you name it I did it, still the same code

My guess it didn't solve the 1211 issue. Take the fuel cap off and disconnect the pick up off the pump . Hit it with compressed air .

380k on the same truck. Having a long start that’s getting more excessive Getting ready to change my Lpop and my injector rings. She’s a good runner but she’s starting hard and I know it’s this and the injector rings. Have just a small bit of oil in the coolent.
