After a little practice those mag loaders aren't too bad, but you need to use them correctly. When I shot IDPA we had practice days where we would shoot a lot. after a few hours of shooting and loading mags they were good to have on the last dozen mags. Those cheap locks used to come with just about everything, they have been around for years. Kinda makes sense to include that style to keep costs low and 99% of shooters pitch them in the trash or the junk drawer anyway.

Hey! Thanks for the info. I subbed. Would you please tell me, if for the same price, I should take the SA or the SF?
I actually like a manual safety even if it is the decocker on the SA but the SF is a bit lighter (I'm a lightweight) and has a higher MSRP.
Did you notice any recoil difference at all between the two? Thanks so much for anything you could give me. About to be a first time G.O!

Do any of the serpa holsters fit this I'm a left-handed shooter so the holster that comes with the kit will not work

Second full range review is coming soon, but put 150 rounds through it this weekend with a mash up of several type of ammo and all I can say is WOW. One of the most accurate with probably the best trigger I've ever shot.

I noticed this doesn’t have a back plate on top of the slight for optic mounting can you still mount a red dot on this model ?

I just recently bought the Canik Tp9 SF - S, which i find it to be an awesome pick. The only thing that I came across was the holster. For some odd reason the locking decive for the firearm is reversed. The holster button is literally on the opposite side.

Canik said that is just a retention device , it's not a trigger release, I thought the same thing my tp9sfelite

Mine is the same way, when you attach the paddle to the holster, you can't get your forefinger to the release, I just sent some pictures to where I bought the gun this week, waiting to see what they say, Century Arms has no one answering the phone because of the virus, so we'll see.

Just picked up one of these at Academy, but it was the “One Series”, which comes in a hard case but no holster, extra mag, cleaning kit. Just the gun and mag, and an extra back strap. I already had another (full size) Canik, which came with all that, and the Elite fits in the full size holster.

Same I just paid 279.99 last month and it's an awesome pistol. I was originally looking for a Glock 19, but I found this and have experience with Caniks so for the price I couldn't ignore it, and don't feel any like I'm getting any less serviceability vs getting the Glock, and it allowed me to get 2 more mags and 250rds for less than the Glock 19

Love my Canik I put some 115 grain fmj some 124 grain hjp and some 124 grain fmj all in the same mag it chambered and shot all the rounds no malfunctions

SERPA style holsters are not dangerous we use them all the time if by drawing you finger is going into the trigger well. You need more training.

The point is they are easy to fuck up. They sell them in Academy. I see alot of average Joe's buying them.
