I used to script some of my audio as i have a slight stutter, if it's not scripted it leaves space for me to stutter or stumble over my words but i decided this year that i would just allow the words to flow with how i feel in that very moment so i now just like to flow my voice overs naturally and offer exactly what comes out as is. I find it gives a more in person experience and I am thrilled to know you are receiving it in a positive way. Thank you so much for joining me and sharing space here with me!

I find the shaking so calming before bed! it just really gets the blood flowing! I like to even get a little shake in the feet too as i tend to have RLS. I'm so happy to hear you enjoyed that part. Thank you for joining me!

I did this tonight. I had a hard time with some of them, my shoulder is so tight and stiff so straightening my arms out hurt a little. Doing the supine twist was hard too because my knee wasn't flat to the ground. I finished it though one day at a time! I'm still going to keep doing this yoga everyday. Thank you

Hi 👋 My knee doesn’t go to the ground either, it’s whatever feels good for you…that’s what you do! Don’t think you cannot do this if your knee isn’t to the ground. Slowly one day at a time and the knee will be to the ground with enough stretching ☺️ also using props helps too, so you don’t hurt yourself either ❤️
