Today I’m going to show you how to make a Korean street snack called yachae-hotteok. Yachae means “vegetables” in Korean, and hotteok are pancakes usually stuffed with sweet stuff and nuts. But in this case they’re filled with savory noodles and chopped vegetables. - แนวปฏิบัติและการใช้ชีวิต
Oh I'm having a craving for the vegetable filled hotteok. I just arrived from Korea and I've been going to that hotteok place in Namdaemun market which always have long lines! I don't care waiting because I love it so much! But now I'm back home yesterday and I'm craving for it 🥺😢. I'll try to make it using your recipe. Thank you so much 😊

I did this recipe. It turned out very good. But I couldn't make the cakes by hand. I had to lay out the dough like a pizza crust, then add the filling and pick up the sides. Easy. Good recipe. I ate three with Sweet Chile Sauce for dipping. Someone else here suggested that.

I made this with my grandma and we’ve added in water chestnut to gave it more of a crunch!
At first, I couldn’t wrap the hotteok cause the dough was so sticky but it looked so easy when you and my grandma does it. So I end up helping out by eating it 😂
And yes, it turned out delicious!

Your pacing, the way you add tips and points of emphasis, your delivery .... they are just perfect in getting across your recipes. Other TH-cam chefs would do well to *really* look at what you do here and learn from it. And I love that your kitchen sounds like a kitchen - not a dance club. Minimal music works for me.
