Do most of these communities bar residents from parking a trailered boat on their properties?
Yes. You would likely need storage off sight and out of the neighborhood for boats and trailers.
There are neighborhoods that have private storage for boats and RV's, but not in these two neighborhoods. Can I email you areas that have private storage. Text me at 941-290-8131.
Some of them do. Not all of them. We would have to check neighborhood by neighborhood.
Parrish is in the middle of nowhere
Good Day, I will be posting a video of all of the builders in Parrish this week:) The growth is quite amazing! It's no longer in the middle of nowhere. Parrish is quickly becoming a new suburb.
@JoshuaSellsTampa yes if you want a nail salon and publix. To get to beach it's a trek, forget Sarasota I75 south is a nightmare!
