I have the Crossrope system and I'm extremely happy with it. I tried many other ropes before but this is simply another level. They're just quality. Yes you're paying a high price but you're getting a whole different experience and a lifetime warranty. I had a very small issue with one of the handles, so I emailed customer service to ask for advice and they immediately sent me a new set of handles which arrived with DHL Express to the UK the next day. I mean...I haven't even asked for it as the old ones are totally fine. But not a single question asked, not even a proof of purchase or anything. I would highly recommend Crossrope to anyone considering it.
Did u use it on concrete? Because concrete wears down the rope faster. Or did you buy the mat as well? If so how is the cross rope ramaining durability?
I'm an avid jump roper and I purchased the Crossrope system recently. Be careful when selecting the size. I'm 6'3" and the extra large rope (which was the size recommended for my height was waaaaaaaay too long, by at least two inches. Honestly I can't say that I was blown away by the Crossrope, it seems to be made with quality materials but there's nothing particularly special about it. Outside of having pretty nice handles I couldn't really tell the difference in it and the average ten dollar rope from Dicks. It didn't make me more efficient or faster. It didn't make jumping easier or more enjoyable...at the end of the day it's just a jump rope. If you've got the extra coins and you don't mind spending them on a jump rope...by all means, have at it, but for the average person, an average jump rope will do just fine. There's nothing that you can't do with a nice cheap rope that you can do with the Crossrope. I compare it to a really nice gym bag. It's great to look at and it's a really cool conversation piece but my old Jan Sport backpack will do pretty much the same thing as an expensive gym bag with fancy zippers. Would I recommend it??? Probably not for the average person, it's more of a novelty piece in my opinion. It serves the purpose that it was designed for, but its hard to justify paying the price for it when it's really just a jump rope. It's definitely better than a cheap rope its just not nearly $90 better.

When I first say the title of this video I was like, “what?!?” Then I watched and was like, “oh, I get it!” 😂 Love the Crossropes!! Love you guys!! As always, 💕
thats what I did, I spent about sixty dollars on ropes and settled on a leather one. Once I committed to using it I invested in the cross rope and never looked back. I use it as my main workout along with resistance bands and body weight exercises.
I've been looking for a good cardio exercise to do and it seems like jump rope it is. I can easily just go out the back and do this in the morning before the sun gets to the back yard.
I'm 5 months into you guys.... started with a 1lb Everlast $19.99 (CAD) from Walmart and I'm still using it. It has done wonders for me. I have looked at the Cross Rope and considered it. I will buy one eventually but I can't even do any Sweet Tricks yet lol. Once I can "Look Cool" jumping rope I will buy a Cross Rope, it's a goal. Appreciate the video guys, appreciate you.
This is why I listen to you guys, straight forward honesty... not just more and more sales bullshit. I'd pick up a cross rope if they weren't so expensive in the UK.
I've bought so many Crossropes but find them sitting in the closet after the excitement has worn off. I don't regret having them. It's just a chore to change out the ropes and wrap them back up to fit in my small space when I can just spin or jog on a treadmill.
That's so sad I almost shed a tear lol. But seriously, just sitting in your closet?! If you want to make more use of them, store them in an easily accessible way, but it's your call. Keep doing the thing!
Thank you Jump rope dudes, all your reasons for not getting this jump rope was the reason why i got this jump rope set cause I dont care about tricks or anything just something to hold me down during this lockdown since my country was on curfew and i wanted to get back in shape, i started a month ago and i have already lost close to 15 pounds, again thank you!
Thanks for being truthful, sir This video has increased your respect in my heart. You both are great fitness trainer plus great human beings. Love you forever 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Excellent video. Proving you lads aren’t here just for the sponsorship royalties etc. I have two crossropes with weighted ropes and both the older one and the newer ones are truly excellent. That said, you don’t neeeed one to just jump rope; but the versatility and the ruggedness of these ropes is truly wonderful.
Rob Smith yep, I’ve had a few different ropes now and whenever I go back to the Crossrope they do feel wonderful. Miles better than any other. Get one.
I bought the Get Lean set from Toronto and when I decided to exchange it for the Get Strong set after 2 days. It cost me $21 Canadian postage to mail it back to N.C. !!! If you are from outside of the U.S., they do not provide you with a return label like they do when you buy products from Amazon. So all this talk about 60 day return actually comes with a hidden cost ! And when I tried to buy a discounted set from their Clearance, the Crossrope customer service lady told me the shipping cost to Toronto is about $45 U.S. plus Customs tax etc !!!! So if you are from outside the U.S., this is not the best product to buy ! (Their customer support did not acknowledge my email concerns re : the above)
We're so sorry to hear you had this experience. With Covid, their customer service has a bit of lag time. Did you get your Get Strong set? How do you like those heavy ropes?
Jump Rope Dudes No, that was the original plan to get the Get Strong set but I’m hesitant to buy anything from Crossrope again in the odd event I need to return it. I’m not paying $21 postage again. Like I said, unless you are prepared to pay the extra postage cost in case of returns, don’t buy Crossrope products if you live outside the U.S. Also they want to charge Canadians customers $45 U.S. for shipping clearance items to Canada !!!!
I'm from Asia and got mine last week. I ordered small (I'm 5ft) and it seems the length too long for me. Still contemplating if I return of just pass to my husband since it looks like the length is just for him (he is 5'6ft). Seeing this comment now makes me want to buy for myself. But then again, the length issue whether I buy XS or XXS. 😅
I was a little skeptical at first but given the CV19 no gym situation, wanted to add something to my workout. Ordered the set and finished my first workout. WORTH EVERY PENNY! The 3 lb. Rope workout is about as taxing as any cardio workout I have ever done. Could only get through 36 reps at a time. My forearm and biceps were burning. Love these ropes.
Bought mine off Amazon UK yesterday (last set in XL size) and they arrived today. Took them out the box and done 4 jumps and I was knackered. I'm seriously unfit lol
Im considering buying a crossrope. Been getting back into the gym a couple months ago and added jump roping as part of my cardio. Yes the rope is a bit pricey, but still a lot cheaper than a treadmill and not near as boring.
I disagree with the last reason….getting a cheaper, inferior rope could cause someone to quit. Rather than having a quality Crossrope that will keep a person motivated. I took the leap and bought a bundle and it’s part of my daily exercise routine. I love it. So much that I invested in the heavy rope kit and will be trying that out.
JRD - thanks for everything, I just received my Crossrope and after reading all the important material i decided to do a small workout with the 1/2 lb and I loved it. I had a cheaper rope and it was OK but i kept messing up with the Crossrope i didn't mess up once. Thanks again for everything you do. B
I bought the heavy set. It's still in route. Can't wait to try the one pounder. Been jump roping for three weeks now. I'n glad I've incorporated this exercise in my new found healthy lifestyle. It's tough but fun.
Hey guys, since I've learned with your videos and I think I should thank you sharing my take on the crossrope: I've been reluctant for a LONG time about buying this rope. Man, in this fair case you get what you pay for. It's the best stuff I've see til now. I'm 1.70 and I felt the medium rope was a bit short for me (maybe I just didn't know how to measure), but hey, I the thing works wonders. For somethings in life there's just one way to know how a certain thing is: you gotta experience it yourself, and man, it was totally worth for me. Changing the subject, you guys said that I should find my rythim when jumping, maybe listening to music. I've been using a 160bpm metronome since my brain gets distracted quite easily if I'm listening to music. You guys think 160bpm is roughly enough? Of course, I'd depends and blah blah blah but I'd like to hear your opinion.
No 1 reason : if you're broke like me, I bought $4.99 jump rope from ROSS DRESS FOR LESS and its been almost 3 months, the rope is pretty slick, perfect weight, durable. I can do double unders and everything. Spend $88 for your date instead.
I just stayed jumping rope for cardio like a month ago and totally ruined the cheap corded under plastic rope I bought. Waiting on my half pound rope and handles as I type. I really can't wait to feel the difference in control when I get to stop using cheepo's.

Bought the whole set of crossropes about a year ago. And I loved it. It got me into jump rope, but I've moved on from just fitness to freestyle so barely touch it. I still feel good about supporting the great brand who changed my life forever. So thank you guys 🥰🥰🥰
I just wanted to ask u guys if u can do transformation videos for every single person an individual video. Transformation videos are very interesting and i would know more about every single person

I bought a cheap rope to start out with the hope to upgrade when I do get results. I just wanted to thank you guys because I've been doing your workouts every day and I'm making progress. Keep up the good work and make more workout videos 😅. #DOTHETHING!!
I did what I always do. I see the cross rope. I want the cross rope but see it is pricey, and I buy a cheap rope. I use the cheap rope for 2 or 3 days, and decide it sucks. Long story short my Lean set should arrive tomorrow!!!
I remember having the original set, with cosmo and Wanda colored handles (green was for the heavy ropes n so forth..) I started jumping rope during a summer of middle school, my 8th grade year into 1st. My 8th year physical build was 5ft’4in @200lbs, entering freshman year I was 5ft’6in @165 lbs. THEN I found out what CrossRope was and bought the whole set. (:
Damn, I didn't even know there was such a thing as competitive jump rope. A crossrope is definitely in my near future; way cheaper than any of the workout machines out there.
so love the cross rope - are there ways to dampen the noise indoors so as not to bug ones neighbors? (have tried on several mats - still loud enough to cause irritation ) - maybe there's no solution - but just in case - much obliged.
Hi, I really want to buy a colored crossrope (pref blue or red or multicolor) . Do you guys know if they will come for the get lean set? I've been jumping rope for a few months now but never consistently. Since a few weeks I've increased from a few times per month to every other day (on foam) and I really want to step up from my cheap rope to a crossrope. I have the money for it, but what I also am is a bit picky.. I want a flashy color if I pay 80 euros. 🙈 Oh and thanks for the instructional videos! Because of you guys I can do so many cool beginner tricks ❤️
I received mine today, "Get Lean Set" Crossrope so cool, from the packaging, presentation and the best part is the quality of the rope. This is worth the price. I am proud newbie, my mantra in life is Never Give Up! practice, practice, practice.☝🏽💪🏽
So you should recommend for? Still can do some tricks right? Just ordered it coz my previous ropes broken. Wasted my money so i am gonna get a high quality one
i luv my crossrope!!!! hands down the best jump rope on the market ...and ive tried them all ....elite srs ,rogues, rush athletics ....yeah they r expensive but if u take ur workouts seriously like a religion u wont dont mind paying that price ...if u only gonna jump rope twice a month ,once a while dont buy this...“Exercise is like telling your body “you’re gonna hate me for this, but you’ll thank me later.”. .....i started with the lean set but had to get the thicker heavier handles ...dont like the slim handles they r uncomfortable to me (my preference) i guess im used to the old school thick handles , luv the heavier ropes waooo what a workout.....“The body achieves what the mind believes.”
Other reviewers have shown that cross rope is heavier than aero speed or rope master from buddy Lee. Almost as if the rope is designed to be a heavy weighted rope to work muscles in a resistance fashion rather than be turnable at high speeds for endurance, ability, coordination, explosiveness, balance, etc. like a speed rope is
Its been about a year. How are you liking your Crossrope, Sindhuja? I am planning to buy one but still debating, pricy! Please let me know your views on it.
@@VivekSingh06 Hi Vivek. I jump rope every day. The weighted ropes really helped me with weightloss. And the heavier ropes (2 lbs to be specific) helped me get toned too. It's definitely worth it. Buy the mat as well as they help maintain your ropes for longer. It's expensive no doubt. But its a great investment! You will save on the gym membership that's for sure. I hope you get started on your crossrope journey soon 😁
@@sindhujaramakrishnan9693 Thanks for quick reply. Will surely buy one. Seems interesting. I also jump around 800-1000 counts during my gym session. One of the best cardio and its fun :)
I brought the started $74 plus 2day shipping included with taxes. I definitely needed a quality jump rope the ones from target etc wasn’t cutting it. I wasn’t getting a smooth rotation on some jumps. I average anywhere from 70-150 a jump and that was with a cheap target one.
living in australia, if i want to buy the get strong set its $275, i really want this rope but having a limited income theres no way i can justify this as a purchase :(((
I’m saving to buy a cross rope. My husband gives me a monthly allowance. I already spent this month’s allowance, so I’ll have to wait till next month 🥺 My husband told me to ask you guys how heavy the handles are. If the handles are heavy enough, he may buy for both of us outside of my allowance.
The handles are not "weighted." They weigh more than your common inexpensive pvc handles, but they weren't designed to be heavy. The weight is in the rope. Ropes come in 1/4, 1/2, 1, 2 pounds. A two pound ROPE is REALLY heavy.
I love the interchangeable clips and the app is really helpful for the variety of programs and workouts, but…. I received a Get Lean set recently and compared the handles to my cheap Valour Strike Weighted Skipping Rope and the bearings seemed 2-3 times smoother on my unscientific comparison with Crossrope spinning 6 seconds before stopping and Valour 20 seconds. The ropes are also similar but you have to cut the valour to size and switching ropes on the Valour is a small split ring so not all that convenient. But £22 vs £125 ! So I’ll be using the cheaper rope with the Crossrope app and maybe one day return for the Amp ropes?
Sweet! Stick with what's best for you. We've found that "rope-length-precision" isn't the most important thing in the world, but you gotta do you! The amp handles are rad! You're gonna Love them! We appreciate you dropping some love on Crossropes! So legit right?!?
hi,really be interested in your rope channel and crossrope too. But where I live here in China, seems like no way to buy Crossrope locally, so is there any substitute for the rope for the training ?
Hmmmmm initially I just wanted a jump rope, however I have 7 crossropes mainly for the colours and handles. After 5months I’m addicted and losing weight🤣🤣
I will give you another reason - someone who doesn't want to be ripped-off should not buy crossrope. Their AMP is a rip-off - can't even connect to their app to use a lousy conuter without having to pay 10$/month membership, and that's after paying 200$ for the rope set.
Hey Marek - There are a few factors -- Like your skill and preference. At 5' 7" you're going to to be right at the upper range of medium and lower ranges of large. If you are newer to jump rope, probably a large. If you are experienced, you'll probably enjoy the Medium. Here's more info: www.crossrope.com/blogs/blog/why-jump-rope-sizing-guidelines-are-not-as-important-as-you-think/
I'm so torn on whether I should eventually get a crossrope. On one hand, it is rather expensive and hard to get into due to the high price. On the other hand, I'm kind of tired of destroying my jump ropes in like a month or two(maybe because I can only use it on cement due to circumstances). Now I'm pondering on whether it's worth getting a crossrope due to me purchasing a new rope so frequently. Ugh

@@ronitroy4254 it was really cheap. It was MYR 59 which is about 14.30 USD. The next generation of similar Nike jumprope was MYR 99 at the Nike Store.
When I first say the title of this video I was like, “what?!?” Then I watched and was like, “oh, I get it!” 😂
Love the Crossropes!! Love you guys!!
As always, 💕
thats what I did, I spent about sixty dollars on ropes and settled on a leather one. Once I committed to using it I invested in the cross rope and never looked back. I use it as my main workout along with resistance bands and body weight exercises.
nice
I've been looking for a good cardio exercise to do and it seems like jump rope it is. I can easily just go out the back and do this in the morning before the sun gets to the back yard.
I'm 5 months into you guys.... started with a 1lb Everlast $19.99 (CAD) from Walmart and I'm still using it. It has done wonders for me. I have looked at the Cross Rope and considered it. I will buy one eventually but I can't even do any Sweet Tricks yet lol. Once I can "Look Cool" jumping rope I will buy a Cross Rope, it's a goal. Appreciate the video guys, appreciate you.
nice work dude!
This is why I listen to you guys, straight forward honesty... not just more and more sales bullshit. I'd pick up a cross rope if they weren't so expensive in the UK.
contact them at support@crossrope.com -- some orders get filled out of Ireland to help reduce shipping/tax/tariff
Used my 1 pd, 3/4 pd, and 1/2 pd ropes in my workout tonight. Cross Ropes are the F--KIng bomb baby!!!!!
Can you use one handle for all the ropes?
I love my get lean set!! I can't wait to eventually get the strong set!! I have some speed ropes and a freestyle rope for tricks. Love my jump ropes!!
Awesome, great news brother!
I’m 13 and have a Crossrope and I go to the gym

This video has increased your respect in my heart.
You both are great fitness trainer plus great human beings.
Love you forever

Excellent video. Proving you lads aren’t here just for the sponsorship royalties etc.
I have two crossropes with weighted ropes and both the older one and the newer ones are truly excellent. That said, you don’t neeeed one to just jump rope; but the versatility and the ruggedness of these ropes is truly wonderful.
100 simoleons wonderful?
I've been adult sized since age 10. Also being expensive helps on lazy days. "I spent a lot of money of those!" 😕
That was my logic! That’s why I got them! Plus I’ve been jump roping for a little while now and it’s really fun :)
Buying one this week after I get paid , after watching you guys for a few months and jumping rope with a amazon jump rope. Happy days .
Bought mine off Amazon UK yesterday (last set in XL size) and they arrived today. Took them out the box and done 4 jumps and I was knackered. I'm seriously unfit lol
@kroyford 😂 I wouldn't go that far but I am better today than the other day ha ha
I love how honest you guys are, thanks for making this video
Thanks for watching!
Im considering buying a crossrope. Been getting back into the gym a couple months ago and added jump roping as part of my cardio. Yes the rope is a bit pricey, but still a lot cheaper than a treadmill and not near as boring.
I just have one thing to say, my CrossRope is turning me into a badass.... I never thought I’d look like this again without a shirt. Wow 😲
yaas!
Just bought get lean set yesterday. Oh man crossrope really knows what they are doing ❤
heck ya!
dude... that added weight makes a HUUUUGE different right??
@@JumpRopeDudes That's absolutely the plan. Thanks
I bought the heavy set. It's still in route. Can't wait to try the one pounder. Been jump roping for three weeks now. I'n glad I've incorporated this exercise in my new found healthy lifestyle. It's tough but fun.
I got the Get lean set and use it 5 days a week.I decided to try the Get strong set and can't wait to try it.
Hey guys, since I've learned with your videos and I think I should thank you sharing my take on the crossrope:
I've been reluctant for a LONG time about buying this rope.
@@JumpRopeDudes cool, thx
Crossrope is not being shipped to the UK at the moment. Gotta wait for a while.
JRD i love your videos, they are so good!
I’ve had a £20 speed rope for 4 years now, nothing wrong with it and I use it 4-5 days a week, you don’t need crossrope
Which rope? Link pls

Common sense, fitnessindustryy like any other is about $$
onlyrog5 agreed!
Bought the whole set of crossropes about a year ago. And I loved it. It got me into jump rope, but I've moved on from just fitness to freestyle so barely touch it. I still feel good about supporting the great brand who changed my life forever. So thank you guys 🥰🥰🥰
Niiiiiice!!!!
If you barely touch your ropes, let me get your lean set for $40
For sale...?
I just wanted to ask u guys if u can do transformation videos for every single person an individual video. Transformation videos are very interesting and i would know more about every single person

Outstanding Video. Thanks you for time and dedication!! God bless!! ❤
I have a pretty cheap rope for now. Only on Day 3, so will see if I get hooked or not. If yes, will make the purchase.
I bought a cheap rope to start out with the hope to upgrade when I do get results. I just wanted to thank you guys because I've been doing your workouts every day and I'm making progress. Keep up the good work and make more workout videos 😅. #DOTHETHING!!
if you KNOW you are gonna keep skipping, pull the trigger so you can get those results quicker!
Thanks, I'm gonna think about it ♥️
I did what I always do. I see the cross rope. I want the cross rope but see it is pricey, and I buy a cheap rope. I use the cheap rope for 2 or 3 days, and decide it sucks. Long story short my Lean set should arrive tomorrow!!!
Are you glad you went with the crossrope? Are you still jumping?
I remember having the original set, with cosmo and Wanda colored handles (green was for the heavy ropes n so forth..) I started jumping rope during a summer of middle school, my 8th grade year into 1st. My 8th year physical build was 5ft’4in @200lbs, entering freshman year I was 5ft’6in @165 lbs. THEN I found out what CrossRope was and bought the whole set. (:
Dig the honesty! I still want CrossRope someday tho ;)
Damn, I didn't even know there was such a thing as competitive jump rope.
A crossrope is definitely in my near future; way cheaper than any of the workout machines out there.
that's what we're sayin' ---- ---- --- and it fits in a backpack!
In the spirit of the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 11 moonlanding, Astronauts should definitely buy a Crossrope. The only jump rope to defy gravity.
so love the cross rope - are there ways to dampen the noise indoors so as not to bug ones neighbors? (have tried on several mats - still loud enough to cause irritation ) - maybe there's no solution - but just in case - much obliged.
Can I use the get lean handles with the 1lb rope?
Franki good question, with the 2 or 3 lb ropes too?
Hi, I really want to buy a colored crossrope (pref blue or red or multicolor) . Do you guys know if they will come for the get lean set?
I've been jumping rope for a few months now but never consistently. Since a few weeks I've increased from a few times per month to every other day (on foam) and I really want to step up from my cheap rope to a crossrope. I have the money for it, but what I also am is a bit picky.. I want a flashy color if I pay 80 euros. 🙈
Oh and thanks for the instructional videos! Because of you guys I can do so many cool beginner tricks ❤️
the crossrope's color tells its weight... the have specific colors so you know how much it weighs.
I received mine today, "Get Lean Set" Crossrope so cool, from the packaging, presentation and the best part is the quality of the rope. This is worth the price. I am proud newbie, my mantra in life is Never Give Up! practice, practice, practice.☝🏽💪🏽
Couldn't agree more!
So you should recommend for? Still can do some tricks right? Just ordered it coz my previous ropes broken. Wasted my money so i am gonna get a high quality one
Enjoy those new ropes!
I got both sets and love the new addition to my home gym
i luv my crossrope!!!! hands down the best jump rope on the market ...and ive tried them all ....elite srs ,rogues, rush athletics ....yeah they r expensive but if u take ur workouts seriously like a religion u wont dont mind paying that price ...if u only gonna jump rope twice a month ,once a while dont buy this...“Exercise is like telling your body “you’re gonna hate me for this, but you’ll thank me later.”. .....i started with the lean set but had to get the thicker heavier handles ...dont like the slim handles they r uncomfortable to me (my preference) i guess im used to the old school thick handles , luv the heavier ropes waooo what a workout.....“The body achieves what the mind believes.”
Yeah Fitness and not telling to the world that you bought a Crossrope! I love the product but its really expensive for the shipping...
Any rope will do to get started! The most important thing is to just DO the thing!!
Jump Rope Dudes I am not a starter. I am doing the thing Jan 2020. I am using SKLZ and it is the best rope so far here in the Philippines.
Other reviewers have shown that cross rope is heavier than aero speed or rope master from buddy Lee. Almost as if the rope is designed to be a heavy weighted rope to work muscles in a resistance fashion rather than be turnable at high speeds for endurance, ability, coordination, explosiveness, balance, etc. like a speed rope is
Haven’t got mine in but got me second guessing my purchase damn
I have been saving up for the Get fit (2020) set and I just made my purchase! I am very excited to get my hands on my crossrope !
This realy helps I realy want a crossrope need to start saving up I need to start something new this looks awesome to due
living in australia, if i want to buy the get strong set its $275, i really want this rope but having a limited income theres no way i can justify this as a purchase :(((
I want a cross rope just because I think these guys are so awesome for what they've done to save me from a heart attack!
Jim A - grab one, you'll love it!
I was just going to order Crossrope. Thanks for saving me the bucks. No need to watch the video. You guys are the best.
Randall Bott - gotchu!
Yes don't buy the rope
I’m saving to buy a cross rope. My husband gives me a monthly allowance. I already spent this month’s allowance, so I’ll have to wait till next month 🥺
My husband told me to ask you guys how heavy the handles are.
What does calorie deficit actually mean? Someone explain in detail please
a Deficit is when you eat less than you need... if you need 2000 calories and eat 1800 you're in a deficit and you'll lose fat.
Great vid and agree with all the reasons
Is it possible to use the heavy grips with the light ropes?
how do you know which weight to go with for the crossrope?
i’ve been using a cheap rope from amazon about 5 days a week for 4 months now, i think i’m ready to get a cross rope soon :)

Am in Tanzania, hw do i get the ropes u r using guys
Hmmmmm initially I just wanted a jump rope, however I have 7 crossropes mainly for the colours and handles. After 5months I’m addicted and losing weight🤣🤣
What is he using at 2:39?
I will give you another reason - someone who doesn't want to be ripped-off should not buy crossrope. Their AMP is a rip-off - can't even connect to their app to use a lousy conuter without having to pay 10$/month membership, and that's after paying 200$ for the rope set.
Just bought the get lean kit and put you guys down as how I heard about crossrope, they better be worth it lol
Dude. You're going to love them!
Would the XL size rope work for someone that is 6'3
Dear, for a person who is 176 cm tall, what size of jumping rope do you recommend? Small, medium of large?
Hey Marek - There are a few factors -- Like your skill and preference.
At 5' 7" you're going to to be right at the upper range of medium and lower ranges of large.
If you are newer to jump rope, probably a large. If you are experienced, you'll probably enjoy the Medium.

nope... totally cool!
No
You shouldn't use the cross rope for fishing or towing cars
I'm so torn on whether I should eventually get a crossrope. On one hand, it is rather expensive and hard to get into due to the high price. On the other hand, I'm kind of tired of destroying my jump ropes in like a month or two(maybe because I can only use it on cement due to circumstances). Now I'm pondering on whether it's worth getting a crossrope due to me purchasing a new rope so frequently. Ugh

And the 6th reason why a person should not use the crossrope are people who are paraplegic because in order to use crossrope you have to use your legs and we find that in order to properly use the crossrope you need to use the muscles in your legs and the people who are paraplegic. Wont. Heres 10% discount code. #DoTheThing
So I bought a cross rope and I'm 6'2 and 1/2 and it was to short I bought the longest one
If you’re a beginner, the longer rope has more room for error!
Did not expect this at all, gj.
