Glad I found this updated version. I got a get lean set used off ebay in L, and it works fine, but as someone who is 6'3 with long arms and slightly shorter than average legs, I haven't been sure what is best. With the L ropes I have to be strict with my form and can't move my arms much. I have ordered the 1/2 pound rope in xl (so I can compare that one directly to the L) and got the discounted 2022 get strong set in xl, so I'm happy to be able to think about this in terms of differing techniques and purposes rather than there only being one correct way and one correct length. With lighter thinner ropes I found I didn't like them too long though since they get a bit sloppy since I'm not as fast and controlled yet. These weighted ropes seems great to have the two sizes depending on what I'm doing

Is there a way to customize the length of the crossrope based on user preference?

I have a question about what jumprope size I should buy
I am 5 feet tall. But when I wear my workout shoes, they add around an extra 2 inches to my height, so I become 5’2”
I saw in the website that the size XS is for users that are 4’6.5” to 5’0.5”
And size S is for users that are 5’1” to 5’5”
What size do you recommend for me?

Hi there! Thank you for your question. With proper form, the XS will be a great fit for you. We have a 60-day guarantee, so if you find that the rope size doesn't work you can return it and receive a new size. Unfortunately the rope cant be shortened. Buy your first jumprope cheap, decide the length and buy Crossrope.

your height + 3 feet = length of rope (not including handles)
