Hey Dave, just got my Lean Set & the first thing I noticed was, wow, the quality of the product is so superior to anything else I've seen. As a beginner, I've found the 1/4 lb rope a bit more challenging in as far as jumping longer, but easier to control. Thanks for the info on care & clean up.

Dave is right, he stands by the quality of his products. I bought the get strong set, and one of the power handles didn't spin nearly as long and made a slight grinding noise. I was worried if this would affect the use of the product. I contacted customer service and they got back to me right away. I sent a small video showing the difference between the handles spin time, and they shipped a new pair out to me. I absolutely love these ropes. Truly no others come close. Thank you crossrope staff.

The infinity rope system is a fantastic rope and very durable. The ceramic bearings are pure quality and makes the rope spin very smoothly. The rope itself is absolutely premium and like you said tangle and kink free. A lot of thought and planning has gone inti designing these ropes. I have had mine for a few months and I thoroughly enjoy the jump rope experience 💥✊😃💥

I currently have the new infinity 1/4 rope for 4 weeks now and it’s wearing down less than the first gen. I love my Crossrope and I love pushing It to its limits. I have the legacy ropes 1/4, 1, & 2lb ropes. I've had them for 2 yrs using them 3 x per week 30-45min and they are still in near new condition. I've only jumped indoors on concrete basement floor mostly w/o mat. I would love to get the new infinity or limited edition but I can't justify since I already have the legacy system and they have so much life in them. I wish that Crossrope offered stackable discounts discount for return customers 20%, Veterans 20% and a 10% discount for legacy system trade-in applied towards purchase of infinity system. I'm sure Crossrope could partner with someone to set up a donation or recycle program for the legacy ropes. Crossrope community, can we make this happen?

Overall really pleased with my crossropes, which I use 6 days a week; wherever I go, they go! However, I noticed with the power jump rope handles - which I only use a couple of times per week, for heavier jump rope sessions - that they started to show signs of rust within 6 months & this has continued (I've had them for about a year). Is this normal and has anyone else encountered this problem? Any tips for dealing with this? (On a side note, I suspect the fact I live right beside the sea may be a factor).

I’m 5’6 almost 5’7 and the medium rope is too long even for a beginner. It was a gift so I’m kinda stuck with it.
