@@NoraRamirez-r8c yeah like idk why💔I thought I almost recovered , but recently I started kinda getting panicattacks everytime I notice my existence and my reality 😣
It's how you respond to the panic attacks that's important, what do you do in those moments? Fight it and wish it away or let it be? It should be the second one.
Being anxious can make you very restless. I discuss all the symptoms, why they happen and how to respond to them in The Freedom Course - check it out www.thefreedomcourse.net
It’s normal to get obsessed on anxiety like having obsessive thoughts “Will i be able to feel again” or i can’t forget about my symtoms and i’m ruminating too this is happening me only in this phase i can’t stop ruminating i’m just reminding to my self that these are only thoughts 😑 . Did u have this problems

Everyone goes through those questions. As you recover and get internal reassurance those thoughts will subside.
Also are intrusive thoughts, and like bizarre, almost nightmare like dream a symptom?
Yes, it's a symptom.
