This is video about bad drivers.Here you can learn how to /how not to drive and behave in traffic.There's original commentary and/or storyline at the beginning or at the end of the clips throughout the compilation.Please, read each clip text commentary on the video screen. We tried to give you additional information about so you can better understand what did driver do wrong.
Here you can learn about consequences of bad driving/driving fails so you can educate yourself and be a better driver.
I edit the raw footage (I need a couple of days for every video I make),I add the location of the incident, I add arrows that follow cars to make the situation easier to be seen. I zoom in and out so everyone can see the action and many other things.

I have been watching this channel for a long time, and it's my favorite car crash channel!
If she seriously thought it was a stolen car she should have called the police to report it and they could have pulled him over to check. They had no right to do what they did.
Especially if it was stolen. What are they gonna do? Arrest him? What if the "criminal" had a gun? Did they expect a "criminal" to be like; yeah, okay I stole it heres your car back.
It's called illegal detention!. Sue the hell out of the guy any at the very least will lose his CDL tow license!.
He won't need a licence if he gets convicted of unlawful confinement. Throw conspiracy to commit GTA on too.

If you are preventing from someone from egressing, that is called unlawful imprisonment. Laws vary on that by state.
Sorry but none of that will stick. The cammer could have turned left or gone around the truck. He chose to stay put. I am not saying the repo people were right in any way though. I repoed for 18 years and taught classes on the proper way to repo a car. This is not it. If they really wanted to check the vin just follow him till he stopped and got out. I let plenty of repos go because I always had another to get.
4:40 Follow through completely, and my advice is talk to a lawyer regarding a civil case. Being "very apologetic" doesn't cut it. What they did was illegal, warrants prison time, and the company should face massive civil penalties for what they did. The General Manager is the face of the company, and she should know better.
That's unlawful confinement, kidnapping basically. There have been people convicted for less.

@2:57 Blocking this guy is VERY ILLEGAL! It is akin to kidnapping, holding someone against their will, and so on. A recovery vehicle/driver has NO authority to pull over or detain someone who is traveling. I do believe it is a felony in some states. By all rights, he should have these people arrested and charged. If they are recovery people, they should know better!
I hadn't seen that CarMart one. As soon as that tow truck stopped in front and the driver got out, I would've taken off and called 9-1-1 and driven directly to the local sheriff's office. Sounds like you now have video of two *former* CarMart employees. Throw the book at 'em!!

Did a quick google search out of curiosity and looks like she's still general manager.
I think some of the problem is people not knowing how to apply the brakes when someone in front of them is doing the wrong thing.
They always have time for the horn though….

Cop blocking the lane isn't anything unusual. Your the one that needs to pay attention. When someone rear ends another car, pretty much all the time he's the one getting charged. You should always be awawake and keep a safe distance

Yup! Tailgaters piss me off to no end and every last one swears they weren't. How hard of a concept is it that if you're following at a distance that doesn't give you adequate time to brake if the person in front of your brakes, then you are following too close?! Really simple stuff. 2 seconds is the absolute minimum under ideal conditions with an alert driver who is driving a vehicle that brakes similarly to the vehicle in front of you. Truckers are very bad about this. That 80,000 pound truck doesn't stop in the same distance as a Prius.

i think he was saying sorry for spilling the coffee creamer on the seat not causing the accident. his dad saying it’s not your fault meaning he probably knew he was going to open it, not exactly sure why, but it wasn’t his fault it spilled when the car swerved.

So the bottom line is that the collision was caused by the 1) other drivers audacity to use the road, 2) my faulty brakes, 3) my faulty horn, which failed to alter physics.

26;05 - ask yourself, were you were aware of your surroundings? Did you notice other cars coming up behind you? Why didn’t you get over into the slower lane to allow the faster car to pass in the 3 chances you had to do so? You could have avoided aggravating an aggressive driver and continued to have a pleasant drive had you just gotten over.
Drivers who have the mentality of ‘I’m doing the speed limit in the fast lane so I can stay here indefinitely’, are part of the problem. Don’t left lane camp, even while doing the speed limit. If someone wants to drive faster let them go by and you’ll avoid situations like these.

no wonder so much hydroplaning / aquaplaning some states do not have limit on how low tread can be, that is crazy. Most states require a minimum of 2/32 of an inch (approximately 1.6 mm) of tread, but two require less, some have no requirements, and some defer to the federal criterion for commercial vehicle safety inspections.. uk law 1.6mm but i change before they get to that, drive on lots very wet roads so keep tread at good depth to reduce the chance, you also get careless driving points and fine if you going to fast for conditions even if below the limit. usa you seem to drive way to fast for water logged road and top that your tyres maybe way past the good so asking for trouble. uk if you caught with a damaged tyre so bulging side wall or / and tread below 1.6mm that is 3 points and £100 per a tyre so 4 bad tyres guess what you lose right to drive you getting a 12 months driving ban and could get a big fine as you go to court. usa seems way to laid back on safety regarding tyres but over the top on things what should not be an issue and no need for

Aggressive drivers always seem to drive pickup trucks. Their large vehicle or high up seating stance, or just maybe the fact that they way overpaid for their vehicle, seems to make them think they own the road.

20:00 using your phone while driving, guys lucky he not in uk as he get 6 points and big fine. you can only get 12 points before driving ban and they start at 12 months ban normally. the drunk clip 10:14 he get 12 months upwards driving ban, if it was his first time getting court maybe 12 months ban but the way he was driving i feel he get a lot longer, and think the fine unlimited and could be classed as dangerous driving lucky he not hit someone as that could be jail he still might get some jail. same goes for drug driving so pot and cocaine and other hard drugs, even meds you get from the doctor if they effecting your driving you could also be charged with drug driving and loop hole you can be over the governments / police test limit as long as you were prescribed that dose to take and you maintain safe control of car if you fail to be safe so not able to stay in lane some doctors meds can also get you a ban and if your hurt someone that can easy mean jail, kill that 14 years in jail. 26:26 stop being lane hog, after you pass get out passing lane and move to normal driving lane. being a lane hog right or wrong for brake check lane hog annoys people and you will get the odd one making a point , over over after passed you never had the issue and usa roads be far less clogged up and faster everyone would get to where they going faster if they knew how to use multi lane road but sadly very few do not know how to use a road with more than one lane. 22:35 that road looks crazy low limit for that type road really should be a 40 but in uk we have few roads like that the wrong limit for type road they speed trap roads because they so easy to go over limit but if someone wants passed just let them passed id farther them far in front than trying to push me, make it a non issue. 38:08 those single track country lanes can be a pain esp if main road gets closed and diverted along them been on one road closed and signs saying to go down one it was so bad i was on three wheels at points holes so deep. but the rule is you see small cutouts along road a place to pull in so who ever the closest reverses. those narrow roads have a 60mph limit, it a limit not a target so places you can do 60mph but you must be a speed you can stop before you get to a corner you can see around so if car comes other direction you can stop. these roads i call freedom roads it down to you to pick a safe speed but if you flying around a corner you cannot see around lets says 50mph and cause a crash you be at fault as to fast for the conditions so even if you below limit you can get charged for going to fast and that falls under careless driving and that anything from 3-9 points but also could be classed as dangerous driving so limits not a target you drive to conditions and tell you doing 60mph on clear area so you see very far ahead still very narrow it feels like 120-130mph it feels fast and these roads un even with bumps and even jumps so you have to read road ahead well or you can end up in trouble, funny thing is a lot usa trucks cannot fit down some them

I just cannot watch that footage of those people dumping their dog. I'd give anything to have any of my old dogs back, I can't bear the thought of what they were doing to that poor dog and I have never been able to find out if the dog was okay. Did someone rescue it? Take it in? What happened to the dog?
