@@Burger_pants What assumptions? It was rather obvious that if they were solar panels, they were going to be installed, or at least that is how it went when I set up my microgrid. But you know what I didn't do? I didn't leave them in the street. Who decided that leaving expensive panels in the street was a bright idea? Even the shipping company knew to place them on my property and in my case on my porch, they just leaned them against the patio wall and then I built the frame and placed then in the back yard. No need to get your panties all in a bunch over a little sarcasm.

3:45 a tip for anyone ever going through a situation similar to getting pushed, run off the road or squished by semi, the horn is hard to hear inside the cabin of a truck if windows are closed, instead flash your high beams as quickly as possible when you see something like this happening, that is most likely going to attract drivers attention and stop the maneuver he's doing and potentially save your life.

Well we used a truck and large rope to pull the tree away from house ,etc and had to go across a residential road with the rope, we saw it could be dangerous,so we put up road blocks and Tape on both sides before we did anything else the rope even had several markers on it...the rope was taut ,my brother was almost finished with the cut,and the tree was already falling and would you believe it a guy came up the adjacent street stopped saw all the markers but he went around everything and ignored my frantic waving of arms and gunned it passed me with a look of fright on his face ,like as if he thought I was gonna carjack him...what an idiot. Lindsey Young video Time Stamp :9:50 ish. You were way wrong in this 10,000%. Your supposed to stay in your lane until you complete the turn. If you watch your incriminating video when you got into the turning lane, In the far left lane there was a car in front of you . He stayed perfectly on his lane & had no problem at all. If you stop the video just after you get under the overpass and look up at the signs. ( I did that just to make sure I was right ) you can see the sign over his lane showing he can go straight OR turn left. This is also shown by the striped white line turning left on his left & your right( passenger side) .the video clearly not only shows you crossing the line into (HIS LANE) but you go on raging by pushing harder on the accelerator increasing the damage to both vehicles . YES he cut in front of you which in itself puts him at partial blame. No doubt. But they s story you concocted to make it all look like your the " Poor Victim" is B.S. a real adult owned up to their own mistakes which I'm sure this was . I don't think you did any of it on purpose. You were the main person at fault. I'm really surprised the video is being shown by a quote, unquote Driving school. They should have spotted this right away and denied using it at least with your narrative included about the video. It's actually a GREAT VIDEO to show what to look out for because it a very common violation by many drivers not paying attention which you should always be doing. Stay safe good luck in the future staying safe.

If it's night time and you are beside a tractor-trailer and you see its turn signal come on indicating they want to move into your lane - don't hit the horn because they probably won't hear it. Just flash your high-beams on and off; it will get their attention before your horn will. It seem that most drivers have no responsibility for their bad driving. I have been to truck driving school, not a truck driver today. Car drivers think they own a particular spot of the road and will not yield to anyone including big trucks. Really a dumb move.

11:34 notice the solid yellow line on the trucks side of the road...that means no cross at anytime...big black truck was most definitely in the wrong.

But I need more information on this incident 👀 was the driver that got hit even alright? The white car appeared to be going REALLY fast and it looks like they hit the driver side door...

I am a Brit (but haven't been there for over a decade) and I have some questions
    1. Is it legal in the USA to be on your cellphone when you are driving? In the UK it is illegal but I don't know if you are on a hands-free i.e not with an actual phone in your hand. I noticed that many drives say things like "He was distracted, probably on his cell".
    2. On a three lane road in the USA is it legal to overtake cars on the right or left lane. Seems people do one or the other and no-one complains.
    3. Wouldn't it be a good idea to get the insurance companies to pay for a Dashcam in every new car? It will stop the scammers and insurance fraud cases for a start and will stop the drivers who claim to be hit by you when you were parked for example. And maybe they could offer to pay something towards putting a Dashcam into cars up to 10 years old.

      1. It is illegal. Atheist in Massachusetts. Ppl still do it though.
      2. The far left lane is considered the passing lane. Although ppl do what they want.
      3. It would definitely be a great idea for all cars to come with cameras.

1- this is a state by state or even city by city kinda law, in most states and cities it is illegal to use a phone in the car unless it's hands free. The problem is it's usually poorly enforced and the ticket/fine for doing it is cheap.
2- as far as I know there's no laws specifying which lanes can be used to pass on a 3 lane (in one direction) road. People on highways here are always switching whichever lanes to get around people and it's considered totally normal
3- that's something that's always baffled me about the US car market. It should be a federally mandated thing to have dash cams. My 2021 Kia didn't come with one, I had to buy a 40 dollar one from Walmart to use
