- Chair Fitness That Rocks is a high intensity seated cardio exercise workout. You will exercise to oud rock music that your energy flowing, heart rate up and lots of fun. The workout consist of basis cardio moves like jumping jacks, skis, lunges and more at a fast pace challenging your cardiovascular system and your will. All the exercises are safe, effective to help you burn fat, enhance your cardiovascular system and lose weight.

Went back and saw and performed this exercise.
