The workout consist of basis cardio moves like jumping jacks, skis, lunges and more at a fast pace challenging your cardiovascular system and your will.     Couldn't move that fast in beat, but I did my own modified rhythm, still moving throughout the segments. Thanks Paul!! I just keep moving....💪
