  • Chair Dance Fitness Aerobics 4 Seniors Baby Boomers & Anyone Else Who Needs To Sit, and Get Fit is a low impact seated dance exercise workout. It is full of fun, energy, safe and effective dance and aerobic moves. This workout will enhance your cardio vascular system, burn fat, calories, help with stability and more. You will have so much fun that you will forget that you are exercising.

    It is recommended that you do cardio exercise at least 20 minutes a day and strength training at least once a week. But two days a week of strength training would be better with 48 hours of rest between each session. This will enable you to become and maintain your self as a fit person. What is meant by a fit person? The ability to do everyday chores without a struggle. By exercising on a regular basis you will be able to manage your weight, have a stronger body, have sharper mental ability, be able to manage stress and your emotions better.     Hi Paul I’ve now came across your video and I’m definitely loving it . You are very encouraging by your sense of humor . I used to be very active before since I now have severe arthritis in my knee I can’t do fast pace exercise any more . Can barely stand for long period thank you so very much I love the music this is a nice video loving it

      I have been going to therapist due to arthritis in BOTH knees. I declare NO.KNEE REPLACEMENTS in Jesus name amen. Since Eugene Paul first and.now therapist I AM DOING MUCH MUCH BETTER.

    Hi Paul,I just found your channel am LOVING it!! I have physical limitations so I've been a chair dancer for yrs & I'm really enjoying your videos. I had total shoulder replacement surgery in June, so I can't do the arm movements just yet, but I'll work my legs for now. Thanks for the videos. The moves, music & your energy/enthusiasm are great!       Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts. It reminded me of when I had spinal cord surgery in 2014, they were able to save my right arm. It took me about 6 months to it back where it use to be. You will recover.

      Just found you!! Gained 90 pounds with medication I took for a 5 year health battle. I can’t even put my socks right now and barely can lift my arms over my head I use to spend the weekends salsa dancing!!! I’m so glad I found you. This is my spread right now. So fun and lives me winded but energized. Most I moved in years.

    Fun fun I really enjoyed that I have a disability so working out on a chair and now dancing it's great just what the doctor orded and he did start off chair work outs I been doing one of your easier work out now I moved up to dance fab 😁 thank you

    Easy pace, just enough move combinations to be wee bit challenging (first time through). By the end, all warmed up, ready for something more strenuous. (You could've used some water for your throat tickle. ;) )
