Hey Coach Paul! Finally allowed to get back to some "light" aerobic exercise after having a minor surgical procedure...sure felt good to move and groove! Hope you are healing well after your own injury!
Yes I am healing well. The doctor gave me approval to return to fitness but with moderation.

I really enjoy your workouts but not this music. It's repetitive, and honestly, it's just not good. the ones that you do with the motown music, The workouts you have where the motown music is playing are far more engaging and don't create boredom. But the workouts that have this particular background music don't keep me with you. I'll keep searching for your videos with that good R&B music.
I love all types of music. My soul delights expressing itself to all music. So to me this music is good. I respect your opinion.
