Amazing time for Cooper Teare and amazing times for basically everyone. I’m so glad both the 5k and 10k weren’t tactical and the distance men really went for it. Kiptoo was strange this meet he basically acted as a pacemaker for the meet.

I don't know how he did that and got a 13:18 just 100 minutes after running a 3:35 1500m which included 1:48 for the last 800. His lactic acid level must have been incredible. Will you be posting any footage of the decathlon? We were unable to attend this year, and ESPN only showed a daily highlight show in New Zealand.

This telecast was pretty weak. They can't show the whole race? Or anybody finishing after 3rd place? We see every pitch of a 3 hour baseball game, and ever second of a 90 minute soccer match, but we can't watch a 13 minute race in its entirety? Pathetic.

Something funny to think about: Selemon Barega, the winner of the Ethiopian Olympic Trials 10,000m race, would have had over 200 metres on the field, half-lapping them. No disrespect, but if Barega were to be in this race, it would have looked comical.
