Great video I never thought about the fact you won’t be able to see your surroundings as you fly. I am often a one-man band. That gives the mini 4 pro a big advantage in brownie points.
I own the mini 4 pro and love it. Just ordered the Avata 2 last night and it should arrive Wednesday. My friend has the DJI FPV and it intrigued me! This little things are so badass!
I absolutely find this drone to be very impressive. I cannot stop flying min 4 pro. The camera gives your pictures a whole different exciting look. Cruise control 🔥🚨 I don't even need to avata drone. I'm going to move to more like the DJI air 3s because I already have the mini 3 Pro and the mini 4 Pro. one should always inspect their drone before they fly, and post inspector drone after they fly. Don't be in a rush to take your drone down because you need to make sure there are no damage to it.
I own the 4 plus, as well as the 3 plus. I ordered the 4 plus before the avata 2 came out. If i was more aware, I would've gone with the avata 2 but only because I have the 3 pro.... maybe. I still might go avata 2 over the mini 4 pro. Don't get wrong, it's great. I use it for fun, I do use it for great photos and video, as stated it's quite, it has great range. The furtherest I have flown is over 14k feet. It lost signal, but that was the plan, this is in a city scenario as well. It is quite a stated, and even more so with upgraded props. I also own (because I have both the 3 and 4) 4 extended range and 2 standard batteries. I hardly ever aka never fly the 3 anymore really, the O4 is just so much better than the O3. I lose signal soooooooo much sooner.
Yeah all depends on what you're trying to achieve. I think if your not flying around lots of obstacles then having the mini 3 and the Avata 2 would still be a great duo.
i have a neo, and avata 2, and until the o4 system drops to build an FPV single cam cine-whoop, im thinking of getting either the Mini4 pro or the Air 3s, and ya i think im going for the Air 3s for a photography drone.... now time to get my canadian advanced pilot certificate so i can make my money back lol
Haha sorry about that. Maybe I should work for DJI sales😉 If you do make sure to use the link in the description. Thanks for watching 😎👍🏾 Make sure to SUBSCRIBE, LIKE and hit that NOTIFICATION 🔔 for more content coming soon

I did the same thing! I think the Mini 4 Pro and Avata 2 are a good combination.
Learned a lot of things from this video. Txs

I’ve never invested in any of the mini drones but I love my Avata 2 😁.
All of your pro and cons are valid especially situational awareness when flying FPV.
Yeah, it hard to understand the differences until you own both styles.

Hahaha I hear you on making that 💰 🤑 💸 back. All the best 👍🏾
16:44 flight rules mandate line of sight wo electronic assistance? So the picture in picture wont be acceptable?
It won't be clear enough to be able to see and fly the drone at with PIP
Damn you, you made me want to buy BOTH!
Haha sorry about that. Maybe I should work for DJI sales😉

I fly my avata 2 at night in manual, no problems there
Yeah, manual mode removes the restrictions for taking off. Normal mode will restrict you from taking off in low light conditions.
