Try “kt tape”. I use it for taping my mouth shut at night. It’s literally the same tape as that popular brand “Hostage Tape” except you get waaay more for so much cheaper.

I love Intake! I use it every day when I workout. It literally takes cardio from being my least favorite days to my most accomplished. I can finally breathe!
Tonight’s my first night using these. When I first put it on I felt like it didn’t do much. But I took the strip off while leaving the adhesive on, tried to breathe through my nose, and it was way worse. So it definitely seems to work. Also, it’s really not annoying to have on my face unlike the breathe right strips. I’ll try to update after I sleep!
After a few days I’m not completely sure if it’s helped my sleep, but it does help me breathe out of my nose better in general. I’ll definitely continue to use them.
I made a device out of coiled surgical stainless that expands my nose from the inside. Its barely noticeable by the wire that runs under my nostrils. I got tired of paying a ton of money for temporary products like this. I wear it while I'm sleeping, and while I'm at work.
I tried 2-3 hours to search for a place that sells "coiled surgical stainless steel" thanks I live daily with intake breathing. hey what should i search on google to buy whatever you have?
They need to make a slick pair of sunglasses so you can wear them casually without looking strange in public. Hidden benefit would be the sunglasses staying on without needing to be pushed up.
Thank you for this review! I have chronic inflammation and bad allergies, which makes breathing tough (and makes working out in the summer almost up impossible 😢). I’ve been searching for a more sustainable and upgraded nose strip since I use them nightly, this seems like a winner! And now they have white ones so I’m going to give them fun patterns and such 😄
In my experience yes and no. If you have allergies or your actual sinuses get blocked, it will still be harder to breath bc it’s your sinuses that are swollen not the nostrils restricting airflow. So if you have a blocked sinus and put it on it will still be hard to breathe. But if you wear it during the day when your sinuses aren’t blocked, it trains you to breathe through you nose, and generally if you can prevent mouth breathing and make nose breathing a habit your sinuses will get used to airflow and not get blocked as often. I’ve been using a similar product for a few months now and I rarely get blocked nose now.
Put it on whenever you want improved nostril breathing. I use it for workouts or sleeping. Sometimes if I’m in the house I just leave it on for the whole day+night and take it off in the morning
@@SchuyFit hey! Mainly to nose breath during sleep. Night number one was pretty good! But, as you said, I need a couple of days to place the magnets in the best place. Be well man!!
I bought Noson almost double the price, and it hurts my nose :/ only using it since 2 days, but I love how I can breathe. On the other hand, intakebreathing's shipping to Europe is so expensive
How does just a tape/ adhesive nasal strip lift and open your nasal passages? I've seen magnet ones like in this video here ..that very obviously lift and open the nasal passages but people talk about risks of them falling out into ur nose and inhaling them which seems insanely dangerous to me
Not payed means he didn’t receive money. They probably sent him a package for free to review it. But they don’t pay him for that. In exchange for the free package they expect him to put a link in his description for those who want to buy the product after the review. To make it interesting for him they allow a little discount for those who got the code from this video. In this way it’s a win win situation for everyone. Seems pretty logic to me and allows him to be fair while at the same time allows the followers who want the product to get a discount and allows the company who sells the product to get more clients without the TH-camr being forced to promote their product (because they are not paying him)
@@ashleysolislmt8078 no he didn’t. Breathe rides are cheaper, and either way you have to stick something on your nose. Again, there’s no advantage to this product.
These strips are garbage. A normal sticky strip opens my nostrils the most. None of the sizes they give you in the starter pack fits correctly on my nose.
Is this helpful ? How noticeable is the difference? I have issues with breathing and oxigen intake … especially during climbs. It seems like my muscles don’t receive enough oxygen. Maybe also in part due to my proclivity to iron deficiency
Yo Schuyler! You might want to look up cranial facial release. That might be a more permanent solution for you. I got this procedure done and was pretty amazed how much better I'm able to breathe. Didn't even do it for that reason!
@@logos29 I've had it done april 2022 and don't feel the need to get the procedure done again anytime soon. That said I know a lot of people revisit the chiropractor once in a few years or so.

Quick question • Simply curious; why not consider a deviated septum surgical repair?
I am considering it in the long-term. For now, this is the short-term solution for me.
Another reason to avoid surgery is empty nose syndrome
