I love fasting. It changed my life. Both for good and bad. It fixed my pain, but now i have a eating disorder i'm struggling with.

I have major health issues after drinking this strawberry flavored stuff you mix with water.. Right now i dont know what to drink.. Neither my body or mental health is in good condition, i drink around 2 liters of water everyday with this strawberry flavor mixed with it.. From tomorrow i will make it a duty to find a new drink, im thinking about making lemonade mixed with cucumber and maybe other fruits or vegetables, maybe some garlic, and other bottles without garlic in it .. i gotta create my own drink asap.. When i mix half or 1 whole lemon into my usual strawberry drink i feel a lot beter after a 0,5L glass and now i need to stop ignoring the signs my body tells me.. Anyway... Its important that i trust myself a lot more than the supermarkets, because they really help doctors get new patients by selling food that harm the body.. We have to consume stuff thats as natrual as possible, im not joking.. Companies don't care about our health because we're gonna die anyway, the world is really like this.. Goverments world wide allows this, im not sure if freemasons have decided this, they're a secret team that creates reality.. If its not freemason it is some top cats that make these decisions for humanity..
Update - So i squeezed 1 lemon into my strawberry drink and i felt an almost instant relief after the first sip, but i need to admit that i also am a heavy bong smoker (more than i want to be, but it taste so good imo) but the continuesly big hit i take leaves me with low levels of air in the blood and most of the heavy air gets trapped in my head and feet, its worst in the feet because its to heavy for the heart to pump up from the feet... Anyway, the point is that im aware enough to figure out that my ph levels are at an all tine low, so my body isn't actually running on clean air in my bloodstream.. Lemon helps alot rebuilding the ph value in my body and gives a moodboost that feels like summer a summer mood.. The pain in my brain and body gets a big relief from the boosted effects from Lemon.. "When life gives you lemons".. But i still think that my aspertame strawberry drink is messing with my brain.. Now im gonna try and finish my drink and then i might update about that too later

I can answer that. You should only be eating food with one or two ingredients in them. Steak, chicken, eggs, milk, salmon. Shit like that. 90% of food in grocery stores have ingredients banned in most countries.

As for the comparison of swings vs. running at a 6 min/mile pace, and the calories burned. If you read the text it says the individuals performed kettlebell snatches not swings. So it’s definitely not comparable
