Sewing is really magic! Incredible work/art.
Thank you so much! 🖤
That dress is extraordinary! So very beautiful!
Thank you so much!🖤
Beautiful work. The stays are excellent. All the pain and tiredness was worth it.
Thank you so much! It 100% was, I love this one so much 🥰🖤
Currently watching you draw on the lines and I think I thought of a way to make it easier. Flip the paper pattern piece upside down, shine a light through it and draw the lines on the back using a chalk color that will show up on the fabric, then flip it back right side up and press it (chalked side down) onto the fabric so the chalk will transfer over. Then you can trace over the lines on the fabric and make it easier to see. Maybe it won’t work but I just was thinking about it and how difficult it must have been to measure everything out. ANYWHO wonderful video and beautiful design! Much talent!
Ooo that’s a good idea, I do need to get some coloured chalk anyway, (I’ve only got white and I’m starting to notice how many things I make are white 😂) & thank you 🖤🖤
Ah it’s so beautiful!!! You did such an amazing job lovely! I can definitely understand the unpicking! I’ve started just using the widest stitch length on my machine for the first assembly if I don’t make a mock up. Makes it easier to unpick if I make a mistake!
Thank you so much 🖤 That is really really smart, I may have to start doing that 😄
Your commitment and dedication is commendable your Rapunzel cosplay came out beautiful congratulations on your hardwork I really enjoyed your process 😊
Thank you so much ☺️ I’m so glad you enjoyed the project 💜
it looks so good!!! i love the dress! and the sleeves especially!
Thank you so much!! I’m glad you liked the sleeves, they were hard and I had my doubts 😅🖤
I, too, cannot spin without falling over lol
It is far harder than it looks isn’t it 😅
I love it!! I’ve been wanting to make a chemise a la rein for ages in an attempt at a historical rapunzel costume! This video is perfect inspiration!!
Aww thank you 🖤 please share it if you do, I’d love to see it 🥰
I love this so much! I definitely understand the struggle of the unpicking and not wanting to deal with patterns and alterations
Thank you 🥰 yea I’m only just starting to learn how to use patterns, I won’t be altering any for a while 😂
This is perfection... I wish I could make the stays, maybe one day
Thank you 🖤 You should! They weren’t as hard as I thought they’d be, I definitely want to make some more 😁
Holy cow!! That was absolutely amazing! You look stunning in your fabulous Rapunzel dress! 😍😍😍 Can't WAIT to watch the tiara video! ❤❤❤
Thank you so much!!🖤 I've just finished editing the tiara video, thanks again for letting me share your make in it!
@@MadameMyriad My pleasure!! I can't wait to see your new tiara video!!! ❤️❤️❤️
The moment you announced a Disney Princess costume a few videos back I was so hoping for Rapunzel and am so happy I was right
it's such a cool deisgn idea and works so well with the film version as inspiration!
You look amazing!
I started planning it about a year ago 😅 I’m so glad you liked it! Thank you 🖤🖤
@@MadameMyriad I have some pieces for a green concept art Rapunzel but make it 18th century cut out (since 2021, but we don't talk about this ^^) So seeing someone have that same idea and execute it so beautifully just makes me so happy 😅🤗
Yess please do the green one🖤🖤 I really wanted to myself but was afraid no one would know what it was so I went with purple 😅 I’d absolutely love to see you make the green version!
That was my idea and YES I NEED TO SEE THE TIARA!!
Just finished the tiara video... 👀 👑
Beautiful, I think you nailed it! I absolutely agree that the fabric of the over skirt was way too perfect not to be included.
Thank you! ☺️ I found it last August and have been lowkey stalking it online ever since, it didn’t fit with my historical design but I couldn’t not use it after all that 😂
Gorgeous🎉 ❤
Thank you! 😊💜
Thank you 🥰🥰 You’re always so sweet! 🖤
Try transfer paper, I think Clover make it. Use a tracing wheel over your boning template and it’ll mark the lines pretty well!
If I ever do something like this again I will definitely make the investment! Thank you 😄
At the end- that’s how I feel when I spin- so I just don’t! 😂 but really beautifully well done dress✨
I almost fell over so many times, who knew spinning required so much coordination 😂 Thank you 🖤
👍🏻👍🏻
Thank you ☺️
YAY! Haven't even watched it, but just had to mention, I squealed when I saw that you'd posted!!!
Haha I hope you enjoy it, it's definitely my new favourite project 💜
@@MadameMyriad GORGEOUS!!!!!!!! YOU DID AN AMAZING JOB!!!!!!!! LOVE IT!!!! :)
Thank youuu!! 😁🖤
@@MadameMyriad You are most welcome!!
A beautiful work cool, I have 2 fargen, which bons strength did you take and where did you buy the wig times? 🐺 😃 🦊
Thank you 🖤 The boning is synthetic whalebone from Vena Cava Design (6mm x 1.5mm) & I got the wig from Wig Is Fashion ☺️
@@MadameMyriad Aha ok cool thank you and it looked like you could be so constricted that you wouldn't get any more air, right? And that cut. Did he have to get from there for the corset? 🐺 😃 🦊
I didn’t lace it up particularly tight but these types of stays are really strong and can be laced considerably tighter - I just like to breath 😅 & I’m sorry, I’m not sure what you mean by the cut?
@@MadameMyriad I meant where you got the pattern from the corset 🐺😃🦊
Was the wig so long or did you extend the wig? 🐺 😃 🦊
