Just ran today after recovering from patella tendon injury and was looking VO2 max training methods on youtube and here you dropped it so considering this a sign fom god and I will train even harder.
What I can say about acclimatization is you get immediate results after 1 day of training but it takes up to a month before you become fully acclimatized. It’s measurable on treadmill performance within 1-2 days of climbing a mountain. You do have to watch out for AMS.
@@zerog4261 I've tried SARMs before, but always stayed away from test. From what i've heard once you start it there's a good chance your natural levels will never bounce back, so you're then stuck on it for life.
@@scal7122 Helps. Not through the roof but even in small amounts there is room for raising your numbers. If your test levels are genuinely low, then I'd imagine you'd see a marked increase.
EPO is generated in the body when the body realizes there is less oxygen in the lungs. Mountain climbing above 8000’ will do this and increase the blood cell count. Wim hof has n hypoxia breathing technique that allowed people to acclimatize to the mountains without having to travel to the mountains.
Yes. They protect&strengthen bones. Bones adapt like muscles, from compression and flexion stimulus, it just takes longer to see any adaptation (in comparison to muscles)
@@deltagamer4016 well it depends, because with strength training I'm sure it only takes a matter of weeks where the muscles will take a matter of days, sprinting might take a little bit longer but I can imagine if you're striking it's going to take even longer for your forearms and shins to adapt

Dane...are you trying to trigger MVW with "Science Based" in the title?😂 I bet he won't be pulling any of those high school stunts with you hahaha
😂Definitely mate. Hes a foot too tall.
I noticed my cardio/muscular conditioned got a lot better from increased red meat. Heme iron, baby
If your low, definitely. My iron levels have always been high, so never got any benefit from high red meat diet.
do muscles effect bones

So EQ increases vo2max😉
87 degrees Celsius? Water boils at 100 degrees Celsius. ??
I mean, yes sure, but there is nothing about training here
Easy. 80% of total cardio work time at zone2 20% of total cardio work time at high intensity zone 5. Keep that up forever. Beast mode unlocked
The sauna is a workout in itself.
I'm still not going to do hot yoga
deltron 30 30 🙂
