yay ^^ this has to be my favorite song of all time, usually jpop songs get stale for me after I listen to them ~100 times or so, but for some reason this song never gets old. Definitely did the song justice! I've "transcribed" it in my head probably a hundred times and could never get the right notes at the solo bridge part. It definitely delivered, but it felt like it lost some of the forward drive from the original song from the measure with the scales going up and down. That is by far my favorite part of the song so just wanted to give my opinion as a person who has also listened to this song a bajillion times!

Also it takes soooooo many hours of study and trial and error. Transcripting is really really difficult and to get it perfect and being able to add your own melodies and harmonies is amazing

yay ^^ this has to be my favorite song of all time, usually jpop songs get stale for me after I listen to them ~100 times or so, but for some reason this song never gets old. Definitely did the song justice! I've "transcribed" it in my head probably a hundred times and could never get the right notes at the solo bridge part. It definitely delivered, but it felt like it lost some of the forward drive from the original song from the measure with the scales going up and down. That is by far my favorite part of the song so just wanted to give my opinion as a person who has also listened to this song a bajillion times!

I was thinking I could forget the other one I was learning and pick this one up... and was feeling I could handle it with my meager skills... and then 1:50 hit and crushed my soul. lol.

Raxson Rax just takes practice, i play piano too but needs lots of site reading and weeks of practice to get it up to speed
Also it takes soooooo many hours of study and trial and error. Transcripting is really really difficult and to get it perfect and being able to add your own melodies and harmonies is amazing

That's an amazing song (while I don't understand Japanese so I don't have any clue of what the lyrics are meaning - and I know nothing about SuperCell) But the musical composition and feeling strength are what I call a great effort of quality research. And you managed to reproduce that feeling even if it involves only one single instrument (Piano) You're great !
