After 30 years of struggling internally, I finally know the root cause of my challenges -- ADHD.

Good for you for seeking out help and advocating for yourself ❤ I have also read a few ADHD books and been like wow this is me, it’s wild. I haven’t had a diagnosis though.

@@oliviaswing I know! I didn’t realize it wasn’t “normal”. I’ve read Scattered Minds by Gabor Maté, Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents by Lindsay Gibson (this one covers a lot more than ADHD), and Self Care for People with ADHD by Sasha Hamdani. I’m currently listening to Women with ADHD by Sarah Davis and Linda Hill. Would love to see a video about any books you’ve read and your takeaways 😊
