Thank you Lucy ! I love these exercises too much 😍we love you for your love and guidance, this is what each woman needs ❤I had a 5000 step walk today when I came back I had my dose of this exercise another 4000 steps I have extra space here . I'm doing a 20 minutes walking later🌹
Yes to both timer and step count! Glancing at the timer I think of how much more I have to go, but the step count shows me how far I've come! Thanks for all of it
Just did this. I only got 1458 steps in even though I was moving along for the whole workout. But I am confident that I will reach my goal (15000 steps per day) anyway
Thank you so much ms Lucy for this new walking workout. I love the idea of adding a step counter in all your walking workout. Loved it. Sending you and the two princesses lots of love from the Philippines 😻❤💙💚🤎💜💛🧡🤍
I really love your videos, I've been doing most of them for years now, but honestly, I relly didn't like this one, One of my favorites is the one you did 6 years ago for 15 minutes, where you do 1 minute walk and 30 seconds of toning exercise, as it is good for my bad knees. Would you be able to do one like this but for 20 or 30minutes? that would be great! :)
I found the step counter distracting because it was faster than you were going. I much prefer the timer. But actually love all your videos and the fact that i can choose how many minutes. It motivates me to do one every day. Thank you. 🙏
Thank you Lucy.I really enjoyed this workout. Very doable, challenging and all the moves enjoyable. I've done it all week and I look forward to it rather than dread it! The counter would only work to motivate me if it was linked to your step count, lucy. To see if I could equal you or do more. It's not a real count as it's on a constant speed, and faster even then your stoeps! It doesn't stop when you do the standstill punches. My count was 1879 and no way could I get it to 2,500! Maybe set it to a more realistic count - 2000, if you can't link it to your steps. Linking the mid advert break to a water break was clever! Many thanks for all you do
Hi Lucy squad. I Love what you do and have felt the benefit over the past year. However as my total steps using Apple Watch and going faster than Lucy for some parts was only 1540. I shall ignore step count but please keep the time bar - it motivates me - especially when I see the time lessen 😂.
I am a newbie. On day , I love the video set up and I think 15 minutes kicks butt just as much as 20. I love the step count and the timer. When I look at the timer I am always amazed and how much I have already made it through. I did not want to work out yesterday but told myself it is only 20 minutes and I am glad I did it. I will keep coming back.
Just my opinion, but the clock for this workout is very fast. Even if I try to keep up with it, I notice it compromises my form while trying to move to my fullest extensions. Regardless, I love all your workouts and I workout with you Lucy everyday. Thank you for always changing up the workouts. I do love the step counter!!
I like doing your workouts after my walk so that I make sure to finish off my workout with full body movements. For me, the clocks are best because I'm often walking around the room and can glance at the screen on my trips around to see the countdown. Thanks for the weekly workouts! You rock!!
I like the countdown. Its motivating for me. I also like to see the next move it helps me get ready so I never have to stop. I've been doing the 10 minute workouts for arms, abs and glutes and I finish with a walking workout. It's a killer! I enjoy the flowers and butterflies in your other videos too! Thank you so much for your time and commitment.
Thank your for these walking videos, I find walking works best for me! I really like your 5 minute and 10 minute walks because I can start small and can do them after a meal. Hope you do more of those!
Thanks Lucy 👍🏻 These are great for getting my strength back after illness! Just completed with 1613 steps! Didn’t stop, copied exactly & carried on through the ads 🤷🏻♀️
I like the step counter. I REALLY like the timer since I’m not consistently watching the screen throughout our workouts. I check the screen for the time, upcoming exercise and to confirm the proper form/reps/etc. Enjoyed the workout.
Lucy, Thank you immensely for consistently inspiring us with your incredible workouts. Your dedication and passion shine through in every video, and I genuinely appreciate all the hard work you put into creating content that motivates and empowers us. I could chant your name all day long because you truly deserve all the recognition and praise. Sending you heaps of love, gratitude, and blessings for continuing to make a positive impact on our fitness journeys. ♥️🤞
Love this full workout and stretch I like the step count and timer. I got 2000 steps but I will keep it up. Thanks for being so supportive I love working out with you ❤
I honestly did not think I could complete the whole 15 minutes. Maybe 5. But I did. I may not be able to do it exactly like you show, but I kept up for an old gal like me. You and your videos are so helpful. Thank you.
Timer countdown is more motivating for me. My band shows 1500 steps after this workout. It doesn't seem to count two steps with the repeated move, only counts as one. Thank you for always motivating us to move more
Great workout Lucy 👏 🙌 ❤️. This workout really worked my brain muscle and I had to think about certain moves 😂. I have lymphatic disease and this workout really helped to with lymphatic circulation with blood and fluids xx The timer is also great addition as it motivating ❤💋
Hi Lucy, I always look forward to your new workout on Mondays and your new challenges each month. Thank you!! You asked if we preferred the countdown clock or the step counter. I, personally, prefer the countdown clock but I do like to know how many steps you took, before the workout starts.
Started my day by doing this workout. Loved it. Lucy, your workouts have always been very helpful to me, keep going!! And yes, to answer your question, the timer really motivates me😅.
Great workout! 💕 Love the variations. I like the time counter personally, but I don’t mind having a step counter, it motivated me to step faster. If you use it in future videos, I would like to see it bigger. Only one problem with the step count, I think you’ll find everyone doing the video, will do a different amout of steps. You might get a lot of feedback! Thanks for everything Lucy! ☺️🏃🏻♀️❤
Thank you for this workout. I love the counter and timer!! And absolutely love the cool down included. Having the cool down included makes it so much better because I don’t have to spend time searching for cool down after the workout. So thank you so much for including the cool down !! ❤
Hi Lucy! Thank you for these indoor walking exercises. I'm concerned about walking outside right because of the intense heat / humidity we are experiencing right now. I like the inclusion of the step counter!
I do quite a few steps in my daily life (not on putpose, just going places like the supermarket, pharmacy.... and as a teacher I also walk constantly. It never occurred to me to count my steps- walking is super important! When we did a road trip in the States I really missed walking. Never realized indoor walking could supplement daily walks.
This workout was great; I have enjoyed every one of the many workouts I have done from your channel. This one went by very fast! I love the timer; I do well with 30-45 second time frames and the arrow or timer is very motivational and helpful to me. The steps counter is interesting as a ballpark guide to steps for the workout but not necessary for me. Thank you Lucy, for your beneficial workouts - they keep me moving and striving for my fitness and wellness goals.
Happy Monday Lucy! I started my work out session with this one this morning! I really enjoyed it! I got 1920 steps in! Thank you beautiful Lucy! Have a lovely day and week! 💜☀️🦋
Good morning Lucy 😊 this was sooooo good, loved the step counter and definitely felt motivated to keep that ticking away. I used to have a step counter on my watch and it did become an obsession but in a good way 😂. Definitely would like to see more of these kinds of work outs with approximate step counts. Thank you so much for setting me up for the day ❤😊. 🙏
Lucy, woweee! Loved this one because the moves were interesting (I get bored easily being a creative individual), loved the step counter! Love the combo of step counting and timer bar as it's a real motivational tool. I actually think I might get back into it every day, starting with this one ❤ Thank you, you are so beautiful. Britt😊
Thank you so much ms Lucy for this new workout. I love the idea of adding a step counter in all your walking workout. Loved it. Sending you and the two princesses lots of love from the Philippines 😻❤💙💚🤎💜💛🧡🤍
Great workout, I love having the time countdown but the step one is also motivating as I do not have a step counter app. Thank you so much, it was an energising and feel good session!
Great morning workout, but despite doing a few little fast steps my watch only counted just over 1500 steps. 😢 Love all your workouts Lucy, thank you, but feel the walking ones help me most being extremely menopausal and in need of keeping the belly fat at bay 😂😂
Hi Lucy after doing a morning of cleaning I still had a tiny amount of energy left 😂 spotted this workout thoroughly enjoyed this one loved the step counter🎉👍😍

Just did this. I only got 1458 steps in even though I was moving along for the whole workout. But I am confident that I will reach my goal (15000 steps per day) anyway
The most important part is that you moved your body 🎉🎉🎉💕 so well done 💕
@lucywyndhamread didn't like the fact that your step counter is counting faster then your moving in this video.
Thank you so much ms Lucy for this new walking workout. I love the idea of adding a step counter in all your walking workout. Loved it. Sending you and the two princesses lots of love from the Philippines 😻❤💙💚🤎💜💛🧡🤍
Yeah I only clocked in just over 800 😬
I did 1715 steps and got 31 active minutes for this workout 🎉🎉
Thank you i love your exercises i love the counter. ❤

I love the countdown timer! The on-screen step counter went much faster than my actual steps.
I really enjoy your walking workouts without counting steps!!!
I didnt think id manage to exercise today as my mental health and energy is low. But i managed the whole video! I love the step count with the timer
Good for you ☀️💜
I did 1780 steps, feeling really proud and all set up for a good day now! Thank you

Correction I meant to say the step counter is very fast.
Morning Lucy wow 🙏 Loved this workout 🙌 steps count 1,805 thank you bless you ❤️

Great work put for a 66 year old! I like the countdown. Didn't take notice of the steps.
Glad you liked it 💕💕

It would be nice if you'd incorporate more of the challenging workouts you used to post in the past ie; 2015-2018 years. They really made me sweat!
I much prefer the timer for motivation.
Loved this. Please continue to add step counter to your workouts. Very motivating.
Thanks Lucy 👍🏻 These are great for getting my strength back after illness! Just completed with 1613 steps! Didn’t stop, copied exactly & carried on through the ads 🤷🏻♀️
Your workouts really are fun and effective, Lucy. 😊
Wow Lucy I love this indoor walking!
I did a little over 3,000 steps !
I also did the 7day loose a dress size too
I need a full knee replacement but managed to do this ok. Thank you Lucy. I really struggle to find workouts i can do atm x
Yay!!!! Excited for this! Thank you Lucy 💜☀️🦋

I enjoyed this even though if low impact, i was sweating and felt energised throughout.
Yay 💕💕🎉 well done
I honestly did not think I could complete the whole 15 minutes. Maybe 5. But I did. I may not be able to do it exactly like you show, but I kept up for an old gal like me. You and your videos are so helpful. Thank you.

1730 ✅ for me
I loved this and found the step counter motivated be more than the timer although i only did 1300 steps but thoroughly enjoyed it 🎉🎉🎉 thanks Lucy ❣️

The main point is that you have moved your body 🎉🎉💕💕💕
Really enjoyed this workout, love the step counter with the time clock.Thank you.
Thanks for adding the step count Lucy. My body chemistry messes up step conuters, so no point in me wearing one. 😂
Fun and practical workout. Have been doing your workout for some time. Just love them.
Glad you like them 🩷🩷
Thanks so much Lucy! Liked the step counter, it was quite motivating 🤩
