i absolutely loved this! my favorite exercise you do is the skiing one! i had a knee reconstruction surgery a few years ago and that exercise has helped build up its strength! thank you
I love that the moves aren’t too complicated. The 40/20 concept is brilliant! I added one pound wrist weights, and it was still a doable exercise. Thank you❤

Love ALL your workouts and feel stronger and more fit - working on emotional eating at same time and trying to stop this unhealthy habit and substitute healthy ones.

Good morning Lucy hope you are well ❤. This was a great little work out I have done in my PJs before work 😊. I managed to also get in just over 2000 steps with light jog. So a really good and effective work out to start the day 😅. I've recently started jogging around our field and wondered if you could provide guidance/videos on running?. I'm a complete beginner and so tend to just combine jog with walk and then repeat. Personally I feel like I'm dying but I some how get to the end 😅😅so any advice for a novice runner would be great if possible. You are the best! Have a great week ❤❤
