    • @GaithreeDeviLuckan
      @GaithreeDeviLuckan  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi the lemon skin won’t be the bitter part but rather the white pith. Some lemons have thicker piths and that can make the pickle more bitter so sometimes it could be the lemon used to make the pickle

    • @GaithreeDeviLuckan

      You have to top up with extra oil and keep mixing the pickle. However make sure you do not use a wet spoon. The shelf life of the pickle will be less than the pickle kept in the fridge.

      Looks and tastes good so far. The lemon pulp and juice has blended well into the spice mixture. Left it to sit in a sealed jar in the fridge for a few days. Only a small test batch, as it's my first effort. Thanks again!

    i think washing pots and cutlery with the vinegar and lemon juice is wasting good stuff. All you need to do is take a few hot peppers, garlic and blend together and you have the best tasting hot sauce,!

      @@GaithreeDeviLuckan Yes, Must try. you could also add caraille, radish or carrots in small cubes to the hot sauce, after blending garlic and pepper. Delicious on fish, chicken, and even any cooked veggie. Need to place in the sun for few days to cure and refrigerate to preserve for longer use.
