I never knew that we could add water to pickles - even boiling water. Amazed. Still worried if it is ok to try this, so conditioned is my mind against any water coming into contact with pickles. The end result looks so enticing. Thank you for this video. Like you say, something different.
Thank u ☺️ doesn’t need sunlight…just keep in kitchen corner for one week, mixing at least once everyday…store in refrigerator after one week…let me know how it turned out for u
I've just finished the cooking and waiting for it to cool down. It's still a bit too bitter to my taste. Do you think the bitterness will go away after a week or not too much?
This looks ideal for me to try, except I don't have a pressure cooker :-( Could I boil the limes in a pan with a lid on for some time to start the recipe? Or bake them in a fan oven with some water in a pan, covered with foil, perhaps, and periodically top up the water? Many thanks.
Thanks, tried and tested.Super delicious

👌How long is it going to stay good outside ?
Recommend keeping inside refrigerator after one week. If stored properly and handled well, should stay good outside for upto one month.
Looks Devine 😋 please can you give mix veg pickle
Thank you 🙏
Seems like theres no preservative here. How long would it last?
Wont the water create issues such as molds? Help me understand..thank you
Hot boiling water will not create molds, if prepared the right way
Don't discard water. After cooling, the water can be added to plants.
Ok

looks like the lime used is seedless. may be that is why when i used this recipe with my lime that has seeds, became bitter
This looks ideal for me to try, except I don't have a pressure cooker :-( Could I boil the limes in a pan with a lid on for some time to start the recipe? Or bake them in a fan oven with some water in a pan, covered with foil, perhaps, and periodically top up the water? Many thanks.
Hi, you can boil the limes in a pan until the limes turn soft, may take 10-15 mins
Brilliant! Thanks so much for the quick reply, really appreciate it!😍
