If you drive the trucks I’ll bet you would take the Ram every time. Ram also offers air suspension and auto leveling when hooked to a trailer. Ram also has storage boxes in the rear floorboards. The 5.7 with the eight speed transmission is tuned spot on.
It is a nice truck, but I would get the f150. More power, better gas mileage, better towing. And I just like the looks of the Ford better. Not really a dodge fan, unless it's a Dodge Viper ACR, but that's an entirely different topic lol.
It was nice to see all three next to each other. Nice comparison. But in all honesty the comparison fell way short. All three of these come with a myriad of packages and add ons. Never mentioned the Rebel GT which adds Ram Air and a catback exhaust, adding upwards of 20-25HP. I'm sure the other two also have their tuned up versions. But you would bever know that by this comparison. And for the record, I could have told you he would pick the Ford the second he got to it and began to gush all over it. Nice effort, but if I was looking to buy this did not help at all. Sorry....
I was torn between the rebel, and tremor. I really wanted a straight v8 with no eco crap involved, in which the rebel was the easiest to find. I watched too many of my friends go through turbo after turbo on their ecoboosts.
I don't think it's bad. I like it. To me it's much better than the chevys. Unless you get like an at4 or ultimate, those look really good. I also hate GMs mirrors. They're hideous.
No front skid plate on the expensive Rebel is a fail. Tremor should have been lifted more and the Chevy has their usual small tire syndrome. But I agree out of these three specific trucks the Ford is my pick. It has the best payload and protection.🇺🇸💪
I think it depends on what you’re wanting out of the trucks. All three of these are kind of dolled up versions of the typical 4wd versions. I feel like bonus points should go to Chevy for offering the Custom Trail Boss as it lets you get the “off road” parts at a much lower price. As for Ram they are just insane on pricing. Atleast though with the 1500s they don’t have a woefully outdated cab.
@@DCGEMINI202 He is saying that the PW is a better offroad vehicle in response to the statement that the "Rebel" is the most offroad capable they offer. But to be fair they do make a 2500 Rebel. Only reason why i don't want the dodge is that half middle seat in the rear..to this today don't know why Didge does that with the bottle holder in the floor
I have had a trailboss in 6.2 and the Tremor in 3.5. Never had a Ram so I cant speak on them, but personally I like the Tremor better. It had way better fit and finish than the made in mexico Chevy, the 3.5 is way more reliable than the Chevy. I like the looks of the Trailboss better, but everything else the ford did better IMO. My powered tailgate was giving me issues on the Chevy, and the interior was pretty cheap for a 65,000 truck. But the refreshed 2023-2024 Chevy might be nicer in the interior now, mine was a 2021 so keep that in mind... The only thing I really didnt like on the ford is the gold on the tremor(grill, tow hooks, side badges, and American flags inside) But style is always in the eye of the owner so thats subjective. Driveability and function the Ford wins for me, and did much better in snow for me.
You didn't pay attention to the VIN stickers so RAM's says "vehicle made in the US" so what would be the better choice to buy considering chevy and ford most likely are made in Mexico?
I don't really get why it matters where it's made....they still require it to be made a certain way and they still require inspections etc. So I don't see the difference.
My ZR2 was made in America, and a week after I bought it, I had non-stop transmission problems. My trans was on a waiting list to be rebuilt 3 months after I bought it. I don't think it really matters where it's made these days.
@@camonly849 Nobody gives the Rebel GT any respect. With the Ram Air and Cat Back Dual Exhaust it adds 20-25 hp. That makes 415 to 420 HP. Give or take. Still better than Chevy and Ford. Your actual numbers may vary based on driving habits and lift kit/bigger tires.
@JK-mg8vt ya I mean those are good numbers. I've seen you can do that from the factory with the chevy 6.2. Air intake and cat back brings it from 420 to 435hp. Kinda cool they do that.
lol bought the tremor in avalanche literally and I tried all three ram is just out of touch and overpriced for what you’re getting and I’ve noticed lotta ram drivers are actually really unintelligent. Wow, another A-Hole that has to go and make it personal. I guess I could say that the majority of Ford Owners are A-Holes. Now that makes me unintelligent. For the record Tremor is more $$$ than the Ram. Up your intelligence and do your homework.
Just bought a ram rebel 24.... I freaking love it. I came from a Chrysler hating family. I hate how much I love it. 😂
Whats your MPG on it?
Ram is the best looking followed by the Chevy but Ford has the best engine options. I would pick the Ram but none of them would be bad to own.
I think Ford did a great job with the F150 Tremor and you get a front torsen limited slip differential as option
Tremor all day! Best engine selection, suspension
Love the Rebel and particularly in that color.
I own a tremor! I love it. It’s a beast! The torchin difs are awesome. I put Nitto trail grapplers on my truck and OMG!
If you drive the trucks I’ll bet you would take the Ram every time.
Ram also offers air suspension and auto leveling when hooked to a trailer. Ram also has storage boxes in the rear floorboards. The 5.7 with the eight speed transmission is tuned spot on.

Tremor far better

@@campbell0162 yes by a lot actually for a multitude of reasons to
What a time to be alive. I don't think you have a BAD option between the 3 choices. They all have excellent features in them.
Ill take that trailboss with the duramax love the front end and for the tires well ill just go a bit bigger after they worn out
Have fun with the worst of the 3
@kylehowe6761 that his opinion. I'm a chevy guy but i would much rather take the ram or ford if I were buying new
Yep. Killer mpgs.
the rebel is always a head turner!
Love the Fords, but the 10R80 is an instant deal breaker.

Watch for hemi tick.
I'm on my Third exoboost this time on a tremor, never had 1 issue, over 300k driven between the 3
Ram all the way
Ford needs to redesign the front end of there trucks,

Especially for it being an off rise based Truck

The funny part is they started off as the best value. excellent engine, tranny, and new design. but everyones prices have gone up, its not just Ram.
Ram has the Warlock. It’s the equivalent to the Trail Boss Custom. Essentially it’s a Rebel package added to a Tradesman.
Not sure the baby dura Max has class leading torque, but the mpgs are impressive.
Good luck finding a tremor at the low 60... florida they go around 78k to 83
Live in South Florida I paid 75 for mine
Got mine for 65k
67 for a 402a
Just paid 59k for a leftover 2023 402A Tremor, 37 miles on the odometer.
I’ll take a TRX please 😂
FYI, the new 2500 series Rebel has a diesel option.
Yes, but he's not comparing HD models. He's also misinformed about these being the best off-road trucks they have to offer.

When it comes to design I find less is more for longevity. 10 years from now the Ford and Ram will still look good. But the Chevy….
I have to agree, Chevy doesn’t look good
Now, I like the Ram but I don’t like the rebel grill on it. The ford is good looking all around.
LOL, guess your a Ford man. All 3 are good trucks, but out of the 3 there is only one true offroad build.

Tremor is USA baby
The Chevy engine was bad, the Ford f150 is the best but it is very expensive, and the ram seems more for Offroad and is cheaper, I prefer ram
The 3 most capable from each? Umm... Did you forget the Raptor, TRX, ZR2?
FORD TREMOR 💪💪💪
Tremor looks like a Grandpa Truck… Hard pass
That Trail Boss though! 😤
F150 Tremor is the best Truck by far just saying

Correct and Ram is the TRX and Ford is the Raptor. They’re more like the second tier for all three.
