I would keep investing and life insurance separate. Index is basically tieing that cash to some stock index like S&P500 or DOW Jones. I'd prefer to keep insurance as insurance and put money aside in a brokerage account like fidelity or charles schwab and invest in those indexes directly.

Yeah. I like to keep investing and insurance separate. I wouldn’t want my health insurance or car insurance to invest in index funds for me.

Which life insurance company would you recommend?
I’m not sure i have any preference towards any but a long standing company with a decent rating should be sufficient.
