    I have not been here in a month😢, must say depression has been the factor, I really feel that I have been slipping in my workouts, coming back makes me feel like I'm starting over , my knees, back and body hurt not to mention I'm out of breath, but listening to you encouraging me makes me feel so much better. Thank you again an again

      I'm rooting for you as well from Germany! We got this! I have put back 4,5 Kilos, but with Rick's encouragement (plus some work on my nutitional side!!) I am confident that by the end of this summer, I will be better than I was a year ago. So, let's follow along with the cool moves, cool grooves and Rick's amazing positiveness.       I suffer from depression too and I can relate. I know it's hard feeling like you are starting over again, but at least you have started. I encourage you to keep it up. Even if all we can manage is 10 min of exercise. 🤗

    I can't thank you enough for these workouts, Rick. I have lost more than 20 lbs over the last 7 months PLUS - for 17 years I've been diagnosed with osteopenia in my right hip. Doing these workouts has returned that right hip to normal bone mass! 🤯 Who knew walking workouts could do that !? Thanks again for making these so easy to access!

    This is such an amazing workout! It's quick but definitely gets the heart pumping. I'm three years following you Rick and can honestly say I look forward to my workouts every day!! This was my fourth today as I love mixing and matching the 15 and 20 min workouts. I am 56 and very happy with my fitness thanks to you. On top of that I can go on a trip, gain some pounds then lose them so fast with your workouts. Massive thanks Rick!!
