Thanks a lot Tim, from a teacher to an other, you're quite good at it! Really well explained, I've been able to do the same as you, but instead controlling the temperature in a small oven toaster. Students dig it, I've told them to go see your channel, quite resourceful. Thanks again! :)

Hi Tim. Have you ever covered Recipes? What a recipe is, how to use them, how to handle them (saving, sending, and receiving)? Thanks, CK

I don't use recipes often. I usually "roll my own" in the PLC. But let me see if I can work on a video showing basic recipes then showing the alternate way I do it. Thanks for the question Christopher!

How are you wired to the VFD? What are you using for a power source and are you communicating with it through ethernet or using outputs from a microcontroller?

Here is how we setup communications between the Allen Bradley Micro820 and Powerflex 525 drive.

Hi Paul. Someone asked me to try another "Simon Says" competition and I think I'll use the FIFO for it.

Hi Tim. Could you please let us know how to enable source key protection in studio_5000? I want to keep password for the Ladder logic which I have written for a project?

No, you are at the wrong channel to ask for that. What happens when someone needs to troubleshoot your system?

    TIM GREAT STUFF
I am doing logging to the SD card to store large amounts of data. Does the trend have the ability to show a weeks/week, or even days worth of data? seems like even if that time frame is selected, a sleep or screen change sets the trend to start again from the current time?
