Thanks so much for your video on organizing your google calendar. I love your simple and very clear explanation of the exact steps. You are to the point and make these extremely easy to follow. Much appreciated!!
One trick I've learned from this video was the one you haven't mentioned, yet have demonstrated casually. To edit a calendar event, you can just double-click on it (instead of clicking on the event and then on the pencil icon in the pop-up menu) 👏👏👏
Thank you so much for the video!
The best video for completely understanding Google calender.
Thank you Kevin
Sensational! That new stinger transition you decided to include was amazing! Great video!!!
Thanks, Hovindu! I had fun pulling that together in Fusion in DaVinci Resolve. Made sure to match the Google Calendar colors with the stinger 😁 Love designing animations and transitions in there. 👍
Kevin, you explain so well and give so much information - you are my champion. Thanks a million.
Appreciate these “next level” G-calendar tips!
Awesome video. I set up a calendar for family events/history such as birthdays, special historical events such as deaths, birthdays, medical events, house/auto purchases, etc. This is shared with all family members. Really handy.
Love it! I need to take the time to set that up for my family. 👍
This was a superb video! I use Google calendar often and will use these tips often. Thanks for providing another very useful video.

I love the addition of an external google calendar into MS Outlook. However; that comes in as read-only. Is there a way to make the google calendar writeable so that the calendar is in synch no matter where I add, edit or delete events?

I appreciate you creating a short video jam-packed with useful content, Kevin! Can you please address why Google calendar deletes all of my prior events and reminders and now doesn't even let me save any new ones?
Hi Kevin, thanks for sharing. I have an problem in doing five calendars at the same time, including one master calendar with all events and four separate boss calendars individually. How can I do it more efficiently and can sync every one more easily? when I change the master one, the other four who also have that event can update accordingly?
You have an excellent voice and narration.

Hey!! Thanks for this video!! Do you know how to add the travel buffer back after the event as well? I know how to add travel time to a calendar event but can't figure out how to add it after as well. Thanks!!
Look good , thanks!!!❤
Hi Kevin, thanks so much for this tutorial - I found it very useful. I have one thing that's been really bugging me though. I live in a part of the world where it is common for hospital appointments containing information including the consultant's name, the department, the date (dd-mm-yyyy), the time (hh:mm pm or am), the location (google maps link), etc to be sent to my phone via SMS (I'm using Google messages to access these). I would like to send/put/transfer them directly into my Google calendar without having to retype it all. It there a quick way to do this?
great video! Can you integrate an Outlook calendar into Google calendar? Opposite of what you showed?
Hi kevin, crisp and clear explanation. thanks and I just want to add a background photo (which is in my desktop folder) as event background. How can I do that?
Thank you Kevin! I have a question. Can you search for TASKS (be it completed or not) in the calendar? I can't find any tasks via the search bar. Thanks!
your way of explanation is very good thanks for knowledge
Thanks for the note! 😁
.new is new! thanks for the great tips
Hi Kevin is it possible to have two alternate calendars for the same day ? So that I can decide notifications pertaining to which calendar pops up ?
Kevin very good, congratulations
Really great video.
Good tips! Thank you. Do you have a session on the GCalPlus Chrome extension for Google Calendar? (I'm trying to use it to enable scrolling -- i..e, without the annoying "4 more" or "2 more" messages but I haven't figured it out yet.)
Great information, would like to know how to delete all appointments from today backwards as I have 10 years of old appointments but want to keep future appointments
This is really useful! 🤩
Glad you think so!
Your videos are very helpful and to the point. (thank you for that ) Is there a way to have more than 11 colors in google calendar?
my god, the video was so good.
Thank you so much
Thanks so much for the information in the video.
I have one question, i have a university site where shows to students their classes and events. I associated that site to apple calendar but I can't associate it to google calendar and, if I could, it will be perfect for me.
Do you know how can associate one to another?? and have all in one calendar (my own event and schedule and university schedule?)
Great Video!!
Hi Kevin and all, is there any possibility to change the owner of recurent meetings, not just a particular event?
I love google calendar so any tips are helpful!
Definitely!!
Great video!
This is very usefull 👍😍😊

Thanks. Specify sub-tasks under Google Tasks in the calendar. Best Wishes.

Hi, I am thinking of getting a home cloud device as I am always in different locations so carrying everything on a USB stick is a pain and risky. Is there a way to get word and other documents to upload to google docs when saving?
😎
I’d like to know how to display my iCloud calendars on my Outlook calendar. Thanks in advance!
