Thanks again Rattle! You hit the nail on the head, there shouldn't be gambling. In general, people want to gamble and many of them can't afford to. The state lottery preys on them, major sports endorsing draftkings and such prey on them, eBay repacks and grab bags prey on them, so of course WhatNot will prey on them as well. I appreciate the dedication, but these people will be prey on WhatNot if not somewhere else. Definitely trying to shut down gambling on WhatNot is a worthy cause, but feeling bad for people who are losing their money or getting scammed gambling is a losing effort... they want to lose their money and just look for numerous avenues to do so. Again, don't feel bad for them... it is what they want.
It's not as simple as just being what they want, it's an addiction.
@@monkey39128 I totally agree with you, but that is pretty straight forward and simple to me. Humans are susceptible to have an addiction to anything that makes them feel good. Some people have to seek help to break an addiction, others just don't want to stop. Feeling bad for them does nothing for either party.

I know of a scammer in the sneaker and designer category his name is blazendary and has been taking advantage of the giveaway feature and doing 2 sec sudden death and not showing all conditions of items been getting bad

This guy has 8 reviews and is trying to sell pokemon cards, he wasn't going to last more than a month or two anyways.....the Pokemon category is dead on whatnot at this point, all the money is in sports, fashion, and handbags. I bet this guy is losing money even when he rigs the game. Lately packs, pulls, and mystery bags don't even go for MSRP or floor any more. More concerning to me is that all the real scammers went to Tiktok and ebay and are now selling straight up fake and unlicensed cards and nobody is even talking about it

Note people selling "CCG" on tiktok. They are unlicensed / stolen artwork cards which are an instant ban for selling on whatnot, but Tiktok/ebay have turned a blind eye to them after countless reports and have no intention of enforcing copyright or protecting their buyers.
Plus given that neither have an age restriction, the majority of buyers are underage users being duped into buying fake cards by adults. All while 5000+ viewers (tiktok sponsored bots) are watching. Its horrendous compared to whatnot at this point. @ryanorionwotanson4568
