The CGC submissions are very suspicious. How many people are submitting multiple minty 1st edition WOTC holos. Pokemonwizard would have a steady supply through these box breaks, and like you said swapping the hits with another poorer condition or lesser value card wouldn't be too difficult. Keep digging, and keep speculating because things are getting interesting.
A lot of people. Because if you get a CGC Gem Mint they are selling for more than the bgs 9.5 equivalent. And PSA basically refuses to give a 10 to vintage holos anymore.
Having that many in a submission hitting 10 is wild though.
That's what it's so suspicious. Of course people buy slabs and crossgrade them. But that many high end WOTC vintage in that condition would be costly for 1 but the fact that the cert numbers are right after the 2 zards from the video kinda solidifies that they probably belong to Pokemonwizard.

Holy crap... the audacity of flaunting the hits from the very sets he's ripping while pulling none for his buyers is pretty egregious.
Each break on their own doesn't really expose a whole lot (except for that open pack incident) but put the breaks together as a collective like you did here and the evidence is pretty damning.

Each card is also unique. So if someone can compare old videos to his cgc submissions you can see I'm they are the same cards.

Honestly I was disappointed in this video. All assumptions I get it the pack was open but then if he resealed them wouldn’t he put the good resealed packs on top? I am not a big wizard fan I can careless about the guy. But this video has no real evidence like really “where did you get ur slabs? “ that’s a pretty dumb question there are so many ways to get slabs especially if u have the money for them. You can confront him u can tell whatnot to ban him but you need solid evidence not assumptions. This could turn into a civil suit since you are hurting there character without proper evidence. Your saying that he taking the packs off screen to weigh them during a box break(to remove the holos) and he is opening a box and re-sealing all the packs before the stream.
If he hypothetically re-sealed all the packs and took the "hits out" he wouldn't be weighing them as well during the stream.... it doesn't make any sense.
Did every single pack go off screen during the stream ? If he weighed one pack , he would have to weigh every single one.
Sellers have the option of hiding there streams and making them accessible for the public. If he did infact do something sketchy , I'm sure he would be removed the video.

Has anyone here actually watched his breaks? I’ve watched several and I’ve seen him pull big cards for people and seen people in his comments saying how they got their cards giving thanks. He also displays a variety of crazy rare cards not just ones from the set he’s breaking. During his slab auctions if some has the money he sells them too
Watching him all of the time doesn't discount him selling resealed product.

Rattle it's worth mentioning that some WOTC sets are actually challenging to weigh when you get down to the lower "heavy" weights. For example Neo revelation is very challenging to weigh even with a sealed box. Majority of all wotc boxes though are easy to weigh.

I just watched PokeWizard rip a Skyridge box tonight. Every hit had obvious scratches on it that 100% would not be on a card in a sealed pack. He was allowing their to be moderate hits but clearly they were swapped with LP cards
Love what you do for the community rattle but this one still seems like a reach. No hard evidence again, just what if’s and speculation. Since we already know he has a lot of 1st Ed boxes he can just as easily just open a box for himself and grade the hits. Why do you assume the worst? Opened packs happen, nothing new there. I wanna believe but just nothing there yet. I saw the stream he was trying to weigh packs and he was doing them individually, not weighing the whole box. Chat would say it’s heavy and ended up being light just being trolls like chats usually are.

@@bfitz7969 a lot of older boxes have been known to have open packs. Seen it multiple times. Some unglued at the top, some at the bottom. Just happens, Rattle even says himself in the video it happens. So doesn’t seem fair to judge him off something you know happens.

Although sometimes I do get annoyed that he is never happy and begrudgingly says "good buy/purchase".Anyways, honestly, I figured he wasn't making much since the cards he sells go low (when you consider grading charges, and the worth he gives them). This video is Rattle rambling with speculation on ways people might cheat your without showing any actual cheating. Heaven forbid a Pokemon card dealer have high grade Pokemon cards... unheard of...
Now I do agree the bottom corner of that Misty pack appears to be open. However, there are sealing errors from WoTC. Break a case and you will probably find at least one mis-sealed pack. So if it is one bad seal in the box, I wouln't condem someone as a cheater, without more evidence than that.
So what we are supposed to believe from Rattle:
This guy owns high grade loose cards, so he must have stole them... how else could a dealer have them?
He doesn't have an Instagram following and he owns good cards, so he must be a thief?
He can obviously buy high grade 1st edition shadowless Charizards and have them graded, but he is obviously a thief because he has cards from sets he has broken boxes. So no dealer would buy singles if its from a set they've broke? Okay...
The boxes must be resealed, because you could reseal on the bottom and you didn't see the bottom of the box in Rattle's 60 second clip, but that is Rattle's initial assumption, so WhatNot needs to refund everyone because Rattle has decided something might be possible.
Then the guy took a pack off screen for 2 seconds, but then put it back and got a different pack, because the first wasn't the pack the seller asked for, and the 2nd packs stayed on screen the whole time, so he must be doing something dishonest...
Rattle is grasping at straws pretty hard to stay relevent! Those views and his paycheck from TH-cam must be dropping hard without Blake! Oh. I'm just speculating without really having any evidence, just like Rattle...
Anyone can looks at see when Rattle does a video hanging out with Pokemon buddies or just talking about Pokemon collecting, he gets 1500-3500 views. But when Rattle does WhatNot scammer whammer jammer video, he gets 5000-10000 views. So he is motivated to come out making huge accusations with really no evidence to back it up at all, other than in his mind, because he makes 3X as much money!!!
TH-cam needs to demonetize all his scammer videos that have little or no evidence that support the speculation. Then maybe the Rat won't be motivated to go after the cheese no matter what!!!

And another time where I put my bid on a Blayne, Charizard and I won the bid I accidentally put more money onto the bed and I told him live I would like to cancel the order and he said sure OK and then they resell the blains Charizard then I get a message from PayPal saying that you owe $600. I was actually trying to get the card for 60 and fat finger 600 I told him it was a mistake he said OK they sold the card and I go to my mailbox not expecting any cards from pokey Wizard and there was a whole 12 piece PSA original original fossil deck with 12 cards in it. All the PSA’s were under near mint they were sixes and fives and threes tried to rip me off again I am immediately went straight to his email went straight to his whatnot and constantly told him that I do not want these cards I told you when you were live streaming that I did not mean to put 600. I meant to put 60 bucks. It almost took me two months to get my $600 back. Fucking ridiculous.

At this point anyone buying anything from a break on whatnot deserves to be scammed. Its pretty clear that the platform is full of scammers no matter if they have high ratings. Now I'm at the point where this information is all public, has happened hundreds of times across different streamers, and people should just know better. Stop wasting your money people.

@@the-pokeman7534 But that isn't what happened. The box was sealed. He opened it live on the stream. After it was open, he sold the packs. So when he first opened the box, no packs were sold. There would be no one to refund.
How about judging him on what actually happened, and not what you think happened, or what Rattle claims to have happened, which isn't always true. Rattle has been incorrect on many of his recent scam videos, and he would know it if he just bothered to watch the entire feed, which is still available to replay.
And despite Rattles claim the box could have been opened form the bottom, all other sides of it were shown live and the seal on every other side looked nice and tight. Also, if chat asked to see the bottom, they would have to show it or they would be screwed. And if it was cut open and resealed, the jig would be up. So I would be very skeptical a scammer would take that risk.
Now, pokemon wizard is super annoying because he just yells chat! constantly. I would never buy a card from him, because he is simply annoying. If Rattle made a video on here saying he should be banned for being crazy annoying, I wouldn't be disagreeing with him!

the fact that the display flap on the box itself has already been torn is evidence enough that the box has been opened at some point before the stream. wizard is obviously very horrible at box breaks and doesn't do it often, and i'm sure he already broke the flaps accidentally pre-stream before resealing it.

Not true. Rocket packs can go up to 21+ and are pretty much gaurenteed holos. The only time its a toss up is if it weighs 20.90. Then its a 50/50 shot at being a holo or not. Dont commemt shit like this if you literally have not a clue.
The streamers I see on Whatnot clearly failed in their theatre classes. The filling the “silence”, holding time, “waiting for chat”, all of it is to create more space for them to collect themselves. The amount of times I’ve seen a streamer correct themselves with “wait which pack did you say?”

Ive watched his streams for a long while. Ive never bought from him he’s just entertaining. He has stated before that he breaks boxes just to grade. He mainly does slab auctions all day. He does box breaks once in a while. Im not saying he isnt doing anything shady but im not saying he is. Because I’ve seen bangers pulled from some of these boxes. Some people just get their feeling hurt when the high bid for a slab but someone ends up bidding higher. Its a crazy world out there with pokemon 😂😂

He has done so many breaks maybe he doesn’t feel the need to check every pack for tampering because he knows the source is good. (Making assumptions like you are) Maybe he missed it, maybe he saw it. The thing is Fattle does not watch the streams. I was watching the same stream and nothing shady ever happened. I’ve made countless transactions with Wiz as well and he has never low balled me. Way too many transactions to even put on here, but even so does Fattle even know how long it takes to weigh a pack? Not that he's not doing it for nefarious reasons, but cutting the top off the pack is like the old, old school way of doing it. Was commonplace in the hobby, not so much today.

Am I mistaken or in the clip where he takes the wotc pack offscreen and then brings it back and puts in back in the box, then repulls a pack, the pack he pulls out is the exact same pack he put in?
It would probably cost whatnot less to buy the boxes themselves and do it the right way than to refund all these purchases

I tuned into a channel doing a "break" and it was almost 3x the price....8k box going for 19.5k if all packs are sold...like come on dude, even with your "insurance" on a non -holo your doubling your money. Can people not do basic math?
Literally every single what not "break" "quick slab auction" all this BS is terrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrible for the hobby as a whole. The only whatnot people I like is working with is sellers who have down to earth prices and aren't quickly flashing condition and being like yeah it's NM , near mint, is such an overused word in pokemon...totally subjective...most auctions never show condition and your just trusting their opinion.
Plus these "big" streamers they have so much supply of these hits it's so easy to swap a slightly off center with a perfect centered holo.
Why would you grade top end cards with CGC? I honestly don't get the logic.
Because the CGC 10 goes for more than the BGS 9.5 with a lot of these. And PSA isn’t giving them a 10.

When he takes it off screen he looks at the holo ans does a quick check if its a charizard or dark blastoise. He makes sure his "friend" gets that most value.
I've been saying this about this seller for the longest time now, ever since I first started seeing his shows appear on my whatnot feed, this guy is all about the money and he's going to give the wrong comps on stuff, overprice stuff, and tell both new buyers and his loyal buyers how good of a deal he is giving them. But in reality, he's just happily milking money off his buyers. The whales supporting this guy need a reality check. Where did this guy even come from anyways to get such loyal viewers
This guy is a legit scammer. He has his boys come in and shill bid all the time and then gives them special deals and re bids. I brought it up in a stream with him that I bought from him bc it was unfair due to extra prizes for a top 5 bid.

I was recently a part of pokey wizards, what not, and he was selling a Venusaur that wasn’t worth much and me being thirsty and wanting the card I put my bed up And he stopped the bid when I put my last bit up and said sold so I paid for a card that was worth $20 and I paid 120 for it

That's his whole thing with slab auctions. He mostly puts up slabs that are basically worth less than the cost of grading, lies about comps and over hypes them and they sell way above comps. "OMG chat this non holo rare is the best non holo rare in the set and this set is so old and obscure, quit sleeping Chat, CHATTT!!!"
@@sonicfrog5662 This is infuriating to see, I'd rather see a community post keeping buyers off whatnot for this reason...he's not the only one, basically every seller on whatnot overhypes there cards like, saying population report, and it's 99% of the time a card you've never heard of and when it sells for market price or higher they act like they just lost a 500 dollar card for 2 dollars....
10 second auctions no time to look up fair value on cards you may want, so you end up over paying on a slab that you won't sell...ever...on eBay. "Nice steal" yeah, nice steal for the seller.
The "mystery boxes" are even worse tbh. Omega packs...why pay apremium on a 3rd party slab service that you can pickup literally whenever you want...I don't get it at all man.

I was lucky enuff to open and have watched many people in person rip 1st eddy Booster boxes and i've never seen a error pack opened like that in a legit booster box opened.
