    When I started this video my chest felt very heavy, I've been dealing with a lot of emotions lately, and when I finished I felt so light and warm. Thank you for another amazing chakra video!

    After setting intentions for this practice, I burst in tears and had crying fits throughout. Hopefully another day I can't complete this without the crying.
    EDIT: I finished the entire sequence this morning and I feel amazing

    my therapist challenged me to start opening my heart up to giving and receiving love, and I thought there would be no better way to start than with this practice.
    my fists clenched so tight during the first round of affirmations, but by the last round I felt so much lighter!
    The poses were just challeging enough to give me something to work toward and sooo soothing. thank you!!

      Wow I just commented something similar before seeing your comment. My heart chakra has been the hardest for me so far. But I know forgiveness was always an issue for me just didn’t realize how much it actually manifested physically

    Wow! I did it! I always faked cactus because it was so hard before but ” you” have a way of creating that safe space where I melted into the pose, it wasn’t easy but I’m so proud of myself! Thanks you I thoroughly enjoyed this meditation. I highly recommend this as a five in the morning work out to get the day started , so good for the heart chakra!

    So on June 21st I went to the beach and attempted to do a backbend and failed miserably. I found your videos about 3 weeks ago and have been doing them almost everyday. Today was my first time doing this video and sis I was able to do the backbend! Thank you, your videos are healing

    February 4th 2023, day 4 of my self-made challenge. I love all the chakra focused practices, they are equal parts familiar and challenging. This time I settled somewhere in the middle in regards to difficulty - stayed in child's pose or downward dog during a few vinyasas, didn't do the most challenging variations, yet I still broke a sweat and felt like I was challenging myself. I will come back to this video for sure and try to work towards the advanced poses. Peace and love! 💚

    Wow wow WOW! This practice opened up my eyes and my chest so much! I was planning on starting with the root chakra practice and go up from there but HUNNY!!!!     I put this off for a couple days because I knew it was gonna be intense (I have scoliosis in my upper back and have to make adjustments to the routine)

    When I have an argument with my husband or just feel closed in my heart, I do this video and I feel SO MUCH better. I honestly don't even do all of the poses due to wrist issues so I do what I can and rest in child's pose the rest of the time and it still has such a great effect on me. Thank your for mentioning the option to just rest in child's pose because it never occurred to me to do so. Your voice is also very pleasant to where I can stay in child's pose and meditate while you're instructing to do other poses. The music is very nice in these chakra series and I like the way you say certain words such as 'inhale'....it's very soothing and I look forward to hearing your voice every day. Also, your affirmations are MY FAVORITE ones; their so concise and yet broad enough to touch so many aspects of my life or chakra imbalances. Thank you so much for helping me become more mindful and at peace with myself and others around me.

    I’m watching this one for the second time because I couldn’t get the poses quite right the first time. I guess this is where a lot of my blockage is. In my heart. It’s true I’m not really good at forgiving. I genuinely think it’s ok to let people go when they’ve done you wrong. And maybe that’s just my Ego’s thoughts but I don’t dislike those thoughts. But maybe that’s not what will help me to ascend and that’s why I’m going to do my best to unblock it.

      Taneisha, I have the same issue. I hold grudges, I have that bad. I’ve learned that the good thing about forgiving is that it never means that you have to talk to or interact with those people again, you just let go of whatever control they have over you (b/c of the grudge). Honestly, some relationships are worth salvaging & some aren’t. So I believe it’s 100% okay to let people go when you feel like you need to. The forgiveness is more about you & your inner peace than them.
