    Here about 4-5 times a week for the last year. Completely life changing. Ally, you’re a magical unicorn in human form. Recovery is such an important part of the flow cycle.

      I have an physically aching aching heart after engaging lot during these last days with the news and information since what happened in Israel on October 7th.
      The realisation I had during the meditation was that what hurts so badly is that I am at war with my own self and the world.
      And with this meditation I found help. I am so grateful!

    Ally
    I have long covid and have felt a type of exhaustion that I have never experienced. A few weeks ago a friend mentioned yoga nidra to me and I have practiced it multiple times a day to restore me. I have come to understand that the long covid exhaustion has been a blessing since it lead me to the beauty that is yoga nidra. It has been worth the suffering.
    Please hold me in the light.

      I still have long covid exhaustion. However I am in physical therapy for my body and Occupational Therapy for the brain fog. I am sure that I will completely recover AND that is months down.

      There has been research that many with Long-covid got asthma, but it can be hard to noticd on standard tests. You should check it out

      Yes, dr.sporessss I have the same experience with anxiety, depression, PTSD and addiction and Mushrooms definitely made a huge huge difference to why am clean today.

      I wish they were readily available in my place.
      Microdosing was my next plan of care for my husband. He is 59 & has so many mental health issues plus probable CTE & a TBI that left him in a coma 8 days. It's too late now I had to get a TPO as he's 6'6 300+ pound homicidal maniac.
      He's constantly talking about killing someone.
      He's violent. Anyone reading this Familiar w/ BPD know if it is common for an obsession with violence.

    I feel so compelled to write you. I just had one of the most profound experiences of my life. After a breathing exercise I did this and it was a psychedelic like experience. I fell into tranquil breath and could feel everything you described. The Light from my crown came into my heart and it was ecstatic. Thank you so much Allie. Thank you.

      @@leilabell3939 hey there! I am!! And I did have another experience recently. Not with this one, but with another one of these meditations. I’ve found my path to more consistent incredible experiences with yoga nidra.
      1. Exercise / stretching - get the body moving for at least 15 minutes.
      2. Breathwork - I do soma breath one about creative energy, but anything that gets the nitrous oxide going. Wim hof. Breath of fire probably. Whatever
      3. Allie’s yoga nidra - completely still and hrv breathing. Slow in, slower out, never stop, fewer than 5 breaths a minute.
      I have had some incredible experiences over the last year with this formula, and I am so blessed to have found this channel. I appreciate it so much. And thank you for saying hi!!!

    Hello Ally,
    Thank you so much for your videos. I almost practicing everyday for the past 6 weeks. And this one was the most impactful. When you invited to direct the live towards myself I saw pictures of me as a child and I had compassion and love for it. Also I saw images of loving eyes looking at me. Somehow they came up from my subconscious. Once again thank you very much ❤

    💕namaste! I'm also recovering from being sick and I can use all the rest, but even when ill that's sometimes hard to make room for, having a chronic illness but not always wanting to aknowledge that. So being kind to my heart and taking all the time I need to heal was my intention for this nidra.

    I’ve had ME/ CFS for about 17 years. As I’m aging it seems to have gotten more involved. I started using your meditations as a means to rest and calm my sensory and nervous symptoms. At this point I am having fewer ‘crashes’ and even more importantly, I feel more contentment with my present circumstances and have more joy when I’m feeling well enough to be more active.
    I’m looking forward to exploring more of your videos. Thank you, this is such a gift.

    Once again I am blown away by the power of your meditations. I feel like I know you and am so deeply grateful for your gifts to the world. They help me immensely. I am recovering from complex ptsd and am always struggling. Always. During this meditation I connected with the love I have for my dog and the deep gratefulness I feel for him never giving up on me.       Hello Ally! I’ve been practicing with you daily for over one year (or two?)…I believe that it was in your early days on TH-cam. This most recent 37 minute practice was the longest one I’ve done and I relaxed so deeply that I fell into a deep sleep. I was relieved to be finished with a difficult job lately and other life stuff, and your recording just brought me to a very deep state of relaxation. I’m very, very grateful to say the least❤🎉😊

    Thank you for this nourishing light filled heart immersion. I had open heart surgery with bypasses and a valve replacement five years ago. At the same time I had a wonderful opening of my heart chakra. The practice this morning felt so warmly healing to my heart, and I especially loved breathing light from the crown chakra into the heart and exhaling down through my toes. I enjoyed experiencing my heart circulating light and love the same way it circulates my life blood.

    I was in emotional crisis and feeling a deep pain i journaled about before turning my mind to some self supporting practice. I found this brought me alot of comfort. I continued to slowly drift in and out. My body feels like it needs deep rest. The practice made me have a felt sense im not alone. That it's enough to be kind to myself in the midst of pain, and shared pain has brought others to support me in this space as well. I've started to make your videos a regular refuge.     I absolutely adore your calm soothing endearing voice. I listen to your NSDR almost every morning. My favourites are the ones with the background sound of the waves which takes me to the seaside in Camps Bay Cape Town; but when I listened to this heart chakra one this morning, it absolutely blew me away. It’s like I’m floating on cloud 9..

    Thank for this practice. I loved the light visualization. I had trouble fully surrendering this time because my low back is irritated. But love your mudras. I’ll be back for more.

      @@SarovaraYoga Ally, I just discovered these a few weeks ago and they have been helping me release the grief from my brother dieing. Today in the meditation god told me to go and love others as I would love my brother if I got to see him
      again. I feel like this is closure for me. Thank you ❤

    Thankyou for literally opening up my heart. I felt so much during this practice. I realized that my heart is in pain from constantly trying to give to others but not enough to myself. I connected with my loving parents and younger brother which was such beautiful reminder for me. I connected with my own value which is something I need more of. I am greatful for you Ally.     Doing this Yoga Nidra at the end of my day has helped immensely! As an empath who soaks up everyone's feelings throughout the day this practice helps to bring me peace and refresh my body and mind
