    This 37 minute yoga nidra for the Heart Chakra is guided by Ally Boothroyd of Sarovara Yoga. Yog Nidra provides relaxation, creates a state of NSDR (non sleep deep rest) and promotes delta waves, an activity in the brain present in deep sleep.       Yes, dr.sporessss I have the same experience with anxiety, depression, PTSD and addiction and Mushrooms definitely made a huge huge difference to why am clean today.

      I wish they were readily available in my place.
      Microdosing was my next plan of care for my husband. He is 59 & has so many mental health issues plus probable CTE & a TBI that left him in a coma 8 days. It's too late now I had to get a TPO as he's 6'6 300+ pound homicidal maniac.
      He's constantly talking about killing someone.
      He's violent. Anyone reading this Familiar w/ BPD know if it is common for an obsession with violence.

    I have long covid and have felt a type of exhaustion that I have never experienced. A few weeks ago a friend mentioned yoga nidra to me and I have practiced it multiple times a day to restore me. I have come to understand that the long covid exhaustion has been a blessing since it lead me to the beauty that is yoga nidra. It has been worth the suffering.

      I still have long covid exhaustion. However I am in physical therapy for my body and Occupational Therapy for the brain fog. I am sure that I will completely recover AND that is months down.

      I have an physically aching aching heart after engaging lot during these last days with the news and information since what happened in Israel on October 7th.

    I feel so compelled to write you. I just had one of the most profound experiences of my life. After a breathing exercise I did this and it was a psychedelic like experience.       Hello Ally! I’ve been practicing with you daily for over one year (or two?)…I believe that it was in your early days on TH-cam. This most recent 37 minute practice was the longest one I’ve done and I relaxed so deeply that I fell into a deep sleep. I was relieved to be finished with a difficult job lately and other life stuff, and your recording just brought me to a very deep state of relaxation. I’m very, very grateful to say the least❤🎉😊

    💕namaste! I'm also recovering from being sick and I can use all the rest, but even when ill that's sometimes hard to make room for, having a chronic illness but not always wanting to aknowledge that. So being kind to my heart and taking all the time I need to heal was my intention for this nidra.

    I’ve had ME/ CFS for about 17 years. As I’m aging it seems to have gotten more involved. I started using your meditations as a means to rest and calm my sensory and nervous symptoms. At this point I am having fewer ‘crashes’ and even more importantly, I feel more contentment with my present circumstances and have more joy when I’m feeling well enough to be more active.
    I’m looking forward to exploring more of your videos. Thank you, this is such a gift.

    Thank you for this nourishing light filled heart immersion. I had open heart surgery with bypasses and a valve replacement five years ago. At the same time I had a wonderful opening of my heart chakra. The practice this morning felt so warmly healing to my heart, and I especially loved breathing light from the crown chakra into the heart and exhaling down through my toes. I enjoyed experiencing my heart circulating light and love the same way it circulates my life blood.

    My husband has faced some very serious health challenges these past few weeks. ICU stay, nuero unit stay and now in hospital rehab. Ally and all of her wonderful videos have brought me calm and peace in this extremely difficult time. Thank you!

    Thankyou for literally opening up my heart. I felt so much during this practice. I realized that my heart is in pain from constantly trying to give to others but not enough to myself. I connected with my loving parents and younger brother which was such beautiful reminder for me. I connected with my own value which is something I need more of. I am greatful for you Ally.     Ally you never cease to amaze me. Was praying you will design a yoga nidra that encourages all who listen, to-embrace their Spirit, the Holy Spirit, that is in all our minds yet too many never hear. It’s our direct link to God. Only The HS answers all prayers and opens all to endless, possibilities to heal and to have compassion and love for ourselves and all our fellow beings. The ego tells us we’re separated from each other and God, using Fear to direct us away from our true selves. The HS holds our complete salvation, to have a joyful life and complete forgiveness for ourselves and others. We are all ONE MIND in God’s eternal Love and Light.

Having a nervous system that’s been on high alert my entire life, it’s a constant challenge to reset and establish a calm and kind baseline. Practicing yoga nidra helps me immensely.     You have really found just the perfect combinations to transport the listener, if I might stay with the elevated yet relaxed state I find myself transported to, I feel I could easily shift into a peaceful sleep. I’m so exhausted from anxiety & insomnia, this quiets my mind & body like no other, if only I could stay where it takes me.
