Dear my man! Buddhism does not prohibit eating any kind of meat; but every action creates consequences. I know that you cook good, and by tempting people who watch yours, they are tempted to try, and therefore buy animal flesh. That creates a vacuum, and vacuum that must be filled by a butcherer to kill more innocent animals. So, dear my man, can you see that your actions inadvertently creates a circle of effects that leads to suffering and agony of animals? Do this thing: live with these animals for a few days and feel what they feel. you will experience that they are no different than us in emotions and feelings and you will know that they are just like your children, except in a different form. Go to a Buddhist monk in a forest monastery and ask for guidance and strive not promote animal flesh. Have even seen how they are slaughtered? Have you ever seen how they cry for mercy?
