    I've had awful problems with muscle tension over the last yr. It's in my upper back, shoulders and neck. Glad to know I'm not the only one. I had a sports massage the other day which seemed to help a bit.

      The same for me. Tension and stiffness in the neck, upper back, shoulder and lumbar. My doctor said it’s due to my anxiety disorder issue. I also have breathless everyday and palpitations.

      @happyhappy5430 no. I do have some muscle tightness in my chest sometimes, but none of the other things you mentioned.

      Massage can often be really helpful, so worth getting regularly, if possible

    An hour massage gives massive relief. For that day.

    I have it all. Its terrible 😢 i do my walks and yoga everyday and my husband is so kind to massage me everyday and helps a lil but still in so much pain 😢 ive also tired magnesium but for some reason upsets my stomach and i do take vitamin D snd drink plenty of water.. but i have bad anxiety and depression on the daily so that may be the cause of it all. And i have fibromyalgia. Prayers to u women out their suffering. Its been so hard to say the least. Even just to get out and live life is a fight.

      Same with me dear since last 4 yr my lower body hurt like any thing.tried everything don't know wht to do 😢

      Sometimes anxiety can worsen muscles issue

      Hi. May I know do you have difficulty in walking? Do you start to feel breathless and racing heart when walking a short distance? Any upper chest tightness?

      Have you had your thyroid, B12, vit D and iron levels checked recently as these can all be a factor too with joint/muscle pain? Even taking a OTC vitamin D supplement you may still be deficient.

    Thank you Eileen! ❤ I have lots of muscle and joint pain. I use castor oil and it does help with the pain. I stretch before bedtime. But yes anxiety and stress makes it worse. My hubby massages at night which helps with stress and sleep.

    I have upper arm (bicep)and shoulder pain,sore and tension. Comes and goes.

    Thank you for this - it is very timely for me. I currently cannot rotate my head due to stiff neck. I put this mainly down to weightlifting at the gym which I am going to cut out for a while to see if that's the cause. But also I am aware of other things - too much time on phone (endless swiping and games!) and stress. I try to keep hydrated and started taking magnesium and long walks help.

    Hi Eileen. Sometimes, I start to feel breathless, racing heart, fainting like feeling when walking a short distance especially when my upper chest, neck and upper back muscle tension/stiffness. Is it normal? I can’t take magnesium because it’ll upset me gastric.
    Does anyone never go for MRI for muscles tension/stiffness? What do you do to relieve?

      Breathlessness is quite a common symptom but it can indicate other health issues so it is really important to get this one checked out by your doctor for a proper diagnosis

    Hello Eileen hope you had a good holiday season. I was wondering if you could do or if you already have a video discussing electrolyte imbalance during menopause. I believe with my hot flushes & night sweat it’s causing an imbalance and wreaking havoc on my body. Dizziness, balance issues, headaches, grip issues! Oh good lord menopause is so hard!! ❤

    Happy New Year Eileen.
    Anything I could do for my heel, as I have accidentally bashed it on concrete without a sock on. My heel is hurting as I walk but I do walk for an hour every day and also a lot of standing for the house work.

      Chest muscle ache can sometimes indicate a condition called costochondritis and also heart issues so it is important to get this one checked by your doctor

    I blote a lot i can't breathe good i have forbriod too iam going through a warm time what can i take for the bloating

      A probiotic supplement can often help with bloating, you can get this from your local health shop. Dehydration and lots of carbohydrate foods can make symptoms worse so remember to drink lots of plain water and limit carbs
