I’m so thankful for your videos. Couple days ago I came across your videos and was crying watching them, because finally I felt resonated and that I’m not crazy. Reading the comments from all the women also helped me understand that I’m not alone.
I'm 54 and post menopausal for 7 years now and feeling well after a long journey finding what my body needed. I take vit D, magnesium, omega 3, zinc, collagen, and siberian ginseng. I have more recently begun to take a scoop of protein powder and creatine in my morning smoothie to up my protein intake and creatine to help with brain function and bone health. I'm feeling good and can definitely say things have got easier. It's not a life sentence ladies, listen to your body, do your research, most of all concentrate on getting in a good sleep routine, it makes all the difference. ❤
Bless you, Kari. You are a constant guiding light for us women suffering from menopausal symptoms. I have been on a few supplements for some time now, but I am considering a change. I have just ordered from the Modere online shop and received a £10 discount with your referral, so thank you so much! I hope you receive a reward too for all your hard work. xxx
@@nixmoretta How wonderful! The liquid collagen is my favourite supplement! I’ve been on it for a year and a half and my body wide discomforts have improved by about 70%. I hope with time I will be 100% better. A reward sounds nice!😁

I'm 52yo & have been taking magnesium bisglycinate & vitamin d3+k2 for a while now. They've regulated my sleep that suffered the most. I'm looking for a collagen supplement now, I wish I'd done that sooner...
I take a tiny dab of progesterone cream the size of a pea or less rubbed into my thighs in the a.m. It really helps with anxiety and I slept like a baby last night. Let’s hope it keeps helping. Also take all the supplements except collagen. Will add that! Also take DHEA suppository. Not sure if it helps or not just yet. Thanks Kari. Just thought I would add my two cents lol. Also, I drink a lot of water daily!!!
Thank you Kari, for that list & reasons why. The one I would add & that I am taking is iron pill. Because, I skip periods every other month and on a diet, I'm anemic. Normal hemoglobin (iron) is a 12 mine is goes between 9.9 - 10 which is a little low. I'm also eating watercress because it's high iron and beet powder ( yuck, I don't like the taste of beets 😡 but I hate liver, even the smell of it as it's cooking makes me nauseous 🤢 🤮). So, if I have to pick my poison I choose beets powder because I mix it in with the collagen powder, banana and chocolate protein shake and I can't taste it. 😊
