    Thanks! Enjoying this podcast and your channel. One of the things I'm confused about is when to just accept and allow, and when to regulate. I have CFS and feel like I'm in freeze mode a lot but it doesn't feel helpful to be constantly trying to pull myself out of this state. That feels like resistance to me. Do you have any thoughts on this?

    how is the emotional state in freeze? Is it always "negative" like sadness and fear? I feel tired with super heavy limbs, really wanting to rest, my body is kind of resisting to walk but it is also a calm, cozy feeling, an almost peaceful place, super weird state...

      This is really going through. Yes often the dorsal system can feel calmer. I'm so sorry to hear what you are going through.
