Thank you so much. I have copd, scoliosis, osteopenia plus some unknown hip pain and was in a total panic. I have been watching your fantastic videos for a little time and even though it wasn't particularly the best time to follow this video, I just did! With such beneficial results of calmness. So grateful to you! ❤

Thank you! I love how you do the practice because you give silent or quiet time to actually feel/experience what you're instructing and not talking through the whole thing which is very distracting. This was an excellent practice thank you so very much. I am grateful for you and your videos.

I discovered your videos/podcasts a couple of months ago and have been using them in combination with other materials about downregulating the nervous system and employing techniques for emotional regulation. My life has already begun to change, and I am hopeful that 2025 will bring many positive changes. Many thanks to you and your wife, whose input and experience I also value. Wishing you and your family the best in 2025!

It's a great practice, I will definetely be coming back to it. I'm very, very disregulated, constantly alternating between fight, flight and shutdown. These practices help me overcome these energies at least temporarily, while the practice lasts, so it shows me that it's possible to feel better and I have a lot of hope that with enough time and practice, I will eventually be okay.

I used to have intense irregular heartbeat for over 15 years, and became so fearful of it even though all my doctors said there was nothing really wrong with my heart. I no longer get the same type of irregular heartbeat but because of that experience, if my heart skips just one beat, my entire body reacts with fear in a split second after a skipped beat. This automatic reaction has been going on for over a decade and no matter how much embodiment practice I do (I’ve been doing it for 3-4 years), my body still reacts with anxiety. I wonder if I’m missing something or does it take a long time because I’ve had this for over a decade?

This was fantastic! Explaining that brain retraining is actually exposure therapy made me understand it better. The diagrams were a great aid. And the linked imagery of "inching your way in toward the pain or symptom" was also helpful. I liked that you added a way to describe the pain---by what it sounds like. I realized my neck pain screeched! Sound seemed to come to me more easily than some other types of descriptions. Thank you, Tanner. All the best to you in 2025.

Have you described in one of your videos what one could call the transition from natural, inevitable and constructive experienced pain caused by real overload or injury, for example in a knee - and then their potential development into chronic neuroplastic pain - where the brain learns to misinterpret the signals during that transition - and how to handle this confusing period?

Thank you for this video. Question: what is a good way to approach an environment that is the trigger for fear, anxiety, and that you associate with triggering your symptoms? Would this specific video help to do it ahead of time or any of your other videos in particular? I am returning to work soon and I’ve had a lot of fear and anxiety around it because that is where my original symptoms started. I am having a flare knowing that this return is happening. Thank you for any suggestions.

Thank you Tanner. Great practice. Felt really anxious, jittery, shivering before practice and felt that energy move through my body as did the practice and ending up with lots of yawning. The breathing/sound particularly helpful. I really like the way you combine top down cognitive messages with bottom up embodied practices. Thank you. Feel bit more regulated now.
