LOL You sir just helped me a BIG deal because I was so confused why my G29 doesn't have proper working force feedback with Gran Turismo 7. Turns out you HAVE TO log in with your user to get the wheel to be properly recognized by the game with Force Feedback and all. Thank you!

Brother go to the settings and you can change things up such as switching to manual then you can use the pedels behind the wheel to shift gears. So it's like driving a Lamborghini manual (semi Auto). The third pedel (foot) is the clutch and that is used with the shift stick. That is the traditional manual.
I wonder if anyome had already mentioned that the left pedal is the clutch🤔 Maybe its different in other countries but the clutch is always on the left....id still pay to see how it turns out attempting a vehicle with clutch anywhere other then where it belongs, hell id actually like to see how well id probably not do, id probably sump the clutch while slamming down the throttle and creating a un unplanned drive thru into someone's house
FYI for anyone who ran into my issue. My wheel was set to ps3. Look at the tip of the wheel you’ll see a green light. Make sure it’s set to ps4 if you’re on ps4/ps5
Idk if anyone has mentioned it, but playing using the clutch pedal won't really help you learn to drive a real vehicle with a clutch. Much of that learning process has to do with feedback that you cant replicate digitally.

Those “indicators” are gear shifting paddles, for manual driving. The left pedal is for clutch. You’ll have a much better experience mate ☺️👍
