@@sararome8205 damn it’s been 11 months so I honestly don’t know if you still need help but I would recommend Asetto Corsa or CarX Drift Racing, there are a ton more options but those 2 are really popular when it comes to steering wheel users

I know I'm late to the game but I'm looking to purchase G920 steering wheel set now. G29 might have some extra features but I'm really a PC/Xbox guy so just cause I might want to play on my xbox/tv one day I'll go for that version. Definitely will be getting a shifter and probably a Playseat brand cockpit. There's some good modifications out there too for these wheels/pedals/shifters. Might make a video about my experience in future too :)

Thanks a lot for this unpacking clip :-). I needed to figure out how to repack it into the box, because I had to switch to Xbox. The G-29 wheel for PS4/PS3 has served me nicely for sevaral years. Much better than the G-27 which had an annoing play when centered. This one is much mote precise, and I bought the same model for the new Xbox. (Would happily have stayed with Sony, but since it was not possible to get hold of a PS5 I felt the need to switch to the competing console.)

@@suzy650 The wheel for PS4/PS3 has worked on the console without any upgrades. (I assume that you mean console upgrades)
You're a star I just need one more answer from you if you will.... how many times did you have to connect it to a PC to calibrate it?
@@suzy650 Eeh, never. I don't even own a PC. Threw all that stuff out in 2008. I'm an all Mac user when it comes to computers. I have never needed to connect the G-27 for Playstation to anything other than the console. No need for an external calibration. At startup the wheel calibrates itself as far as I know.
There is an Option in the game for "Manual w/ Clutch", and the shifter works very nice in my opinion

on PC, can the "share", "options" and "PS" buttons be assigned to any functions in the game? I mean, can I set, for example, "share" to be a pit stop, and under "options - pause" and "PS" - speed limiter? for example

The shifter is 60 bucks if you want the logitech one, theres also one from Thrustmaster for 150 bucks

In project cars 2 you have to go to settings and require clutch to change gears. It will shift without it if u dont have clutch on
