Thanks a lot for this unpacking clip :-). I needed to figure out how to repack it into the box, because I had to switch to Xbox. The G-29 wheel for PS4/PS3 has served me nicely for sevaral years. Much better than the G-27 which had an annoing play when centered. This one is much mote precise, and I bought the same model for the new Xbox. (Would happily have stayed with Sony, but since it was not possible to get hold of a PS5 I felt the need to switch to the competing console.)
@@suzy650 Eeh, never. I don't even own a PC. Threw all that stuff out in 2008. I'm an all Mac user when it comes to computers. I have never needed to connect the G-27 for Playstation to anything other than the console. No need for an external calibration. At startup the wheel calibrates itself as far as I know.

My wheel works in the PS menu but not in the games, I tried with asseto Corsa and dirt 4 but the games doesn't recognize the wheel, can someone help me?
@@alwaysgetwooshed9012 It doesn't work with games from ps now, I tried with the F1 2015 and it worked perfectly, that means it only works with games that you have installed in your Playstation and not with streaming games

i think there should be a setting for 'Manual w/ clutch' in game that would definitely let you use the clutch.
Carx has the option for u to use manual transmission with clutch

@@suzy650 Eeh, never. I don't even own a PC. Threw all that stuff out in 2008. I'm an all Mac user when it comes to computers. I have never needed to connect the G-27 for Playstation to anything other than the console. No need for an external calibration. At startup the wheel calibrates itself as far as I know.

It's hooked up and the controls work but it won't fuckin steer! My friend's have played the same setup AND game so why is it not turning the car?

Slobby Boii you don’t need it, especially as the wheel has paddle shifters and most racing games have an automatic setting. It does make it fun though
